Excellent level of hygiene and cleanliness, friendly staff. Inside the rooms, the armchairs are very comfortable, the sound of the projections is excellent and the image quality exceptional.

If you won't go see a kids movie, then you don't have to worry about noise, especially in "avemgers infinity war" everyone was quiet, great experience

Since its takeover by Kinepolis, Utopolis has lost more and more of its soul: rising prices, queues at ticket control, dubbed films (who wanted them?), Rooms increasingly dirty and dilapidated. It has become a soulless and unambitious shopping center.

Cinema very friendly, damage is not included is the Vegen restaurants

A good place to catch a movie. Now that it has been renovated the seats are clean and comfy. It is a bit pricey though.

Watch all new movies with French & German subtitles or only in local languages. Good entertaining evening with family.

Huge cinema! Reasonable price, discount for students. Thy show movies in many languages: usually OV, FR, DE.

Too expensive and not clean. The Cinema Staff smoking in front of entrance. So when you arrive at the entrance the first thing you notice is the disgusting smoking smell. Very rude people. Also the building needs renovation, it looks too 90s. The new owner made of utopolis a bigger catastrophe than it already was. I will never visit this cinema again.

One of the largest and most famous cinemas in the country. When new movies come out, people usually come here only if they live in the area

Excellent value for money compared to French cinemas, with more, movies in VOST.
The only regret is the high prices of the restaurant ... But it is a black point common to all cinemas, so 5 stars anyway.
As a bonus, there is a gallery of nice restaurants (unfortunately brought to close very soon !:() in the same building.

The schedule site is completely nil.It would not really be difficult to show clearly, for the day and the week, all the schedules of each film, and this, from each film.Tel film is played on Monday to such hours, Tuesdays to such, etc.

This place is undoubtedly suffering from the crisis, it's a shame, yet it's the opportunity to go and relax in front of a good movie with a room almost for you in VIP mode.

I don't think it's such great proud prices for anything particularly bordering on rip-offs for popcorn and co, unfortunately, a shame

I just left the session of the movie jumanji at 19:15 in French version! I was constantly disturbed by the noises of the other spectators sitting next to me and those because of their meals brought from outside (I salute the security of the searches of bag) and by the passages during the film of the parents accompanying their Children because they were too small to support the seats because a room X4D (awesome) really I'm disappointed me who was expecting to have a good time without being disturbed in this way! Especially since the price for the entrance to this room is quite expensive ... (but it's worth it)
Disappointed it is a pity especially that the instructions for this room are well described before the film ...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE. They do not know how to take care of their customer. They let rude, belligerent people ruin a movie experience for everyone else. This theater is dirty in their appearance and in they way they run their business. They will let people throw popcorn and candy at viewers during movies and do NOTHING about it. They allow degrading behavior to go on in their theaters even when it's brought to the attention of a manager. The staff and managers don't care and don't want to help you in any way. Hands down WORST movie theater I have ever been to in my life. Disgusted.

Completely disgusting. Dirty building, seats, bathrooms and service. Never coming back to this, rather watch old movies on netlflix at home than experience this nasty ass excuse for a theater.

Nice but you are cramped on the armchairs when you are tall (the opposite of kinepolis belval).

Whilst not a super modern cinema complex, it fulfils and provides all the necessary services and acceptable comfort of a mid size multiplex. You can get the nachos, popcorn, sodas and other sweet things to nibble on. The self service ticket vending machines are a plus. No real reason not to go.

I like cinema, but there is something that really annoys me.

Why is there more brownie / cockie ice cream from ben and jerry's on a big scale? And you have to lower the water prices a little .....

Confortable chairs. Do not like that they tookmy bacpack once. On te other hand maybe those are the security resons.

One of the few places in Luxembourg to watch a film. It is mostly a good experience.

We find Kinepolis comfort in terms of seating, sound and image. On the other hand access to the room was awful, 20 minutes to sit. One person who checks the tickets for a big movie that just came out in the evening. Purchasing the ticket via the Kinepolis application does not change anything.

Film started late due to technical difficulties. Usually it works like clockwork.

The new ultra lazer screen was PHENOMENAL and everything very proper and nice. Removed a star because the restrooms are restricted after your film is finished.

Carpets at the entrance have the area well worn, the rest is well done as the first floor with snacks, seats well comfortable, possible to choose the place, very negative is the sound insulation between room 9 and 10, we hears the special effects and dialogues that get in the way while focusing on the movie

OK, clean and theatres well constructed. Like the advanced online ticketing. Only minus is the cost of the eating places. Better walk to Auchan next door.

I enjoyed watching movies here. Prices are about the same as in the US, although you have to buy your own 3d glasses.

Would deserve a refresh .. all movies are available in v.o, German and French.

If you go to watch a movie and expect to have great popcorn and cold coke cola.... then DON'T GO with that expectation!!
That "fluffy-fresh-cinema" popcorn just doesn't exist (popcorn is kept on a shelf).

But if you don't expect popcorn and cold drinks, then you will be HAPPY. The cinema rooms are great! Seat is comfortable! Audio is great!

I really like going to the cinema. And the Kinepolis cinema is easy to access and has good films. Good to go with family or friends or even alone.

ITs a cinema, got movies etc some restaurants too which are about 3 stars. 4 star rating because the movie experience is chilling.

Good place to watch movies in Luxembourg. In the same building there is a sports bar to hang out with friends. There are many restaurants also in the same building. It's proximity to Auchan is a big plus
