Staff is very inexperience.

Staff is very inexperience.
There is always shortage of Staff in branch
Very Poor Communication.
All are fresher youngsters. They doesn't know how to communicate with customer. They are very slow in work.
It is vert time consuming service of customers.

Drive in Road Branch staff Response is very bad & Negetive.....

I Request u to don't Open your Account in Axis Bank...

Staff communication is very poor. I am a new user to credit card but my card is decline i have to go two time drive in road branch.here operation manager told me some one contact to you but no body contact to me know a days. In operation time there mamager and internal staff fight to each other . Opretion managar is not co-oparet to intarnal staff. She is take complains and go to HOD in Opretion time and service is very poor...
