I loved the people there but the work is slave labor went home in pain every day.

I spent 3 months trying trying to reach out to them to get pricing for copacking services. They never bothered responding. I received a template email from a person who no longer worked there. Eventually I managed to connect to their CEO, Rob, on linkedin, explain the problem, and ask who to talk with there. He at first said I didn't meet their MOQ. I said I would love to receive pricing for their MOQ. He then told me that he didn't have time to talk to everyone who reaches out, and that he had now sent me two messages, implying that our business wasn't worth the effort. All I wanted was to talk to whoever the correct sales person was. I would encourage anyone with a startup to run far away and anyone with an established business to find a co-packer who values their customers. Very disappointed in the experience, but it looks like I dosed a bullet by not working with them if this is how their whole team treats customers.

management in the business is fine, but I have experienced extreme disrespect for Matt Lebaron. rude.

These guys are amazing! We are a small start-up and have had a few hiccups with our packaging. They have not only been crucial in solving our issues with their partner relationships in packaging but were able to fix it on time and not make us late for our retailers.

I work for a local start-up in Utah. We reached out to the company to give us a quote for manufacturing our bottles and co-packing our products. We were told "Sorry. We don't have the bandwidth for startups right now. Best of luck and hope to see you in the future." It sounds like their capacity is very limited? I was somewhat surprised that they wouldn't even take our request. We have the cash but I guess they only take on large clients?... Whatever, their loss.
