And I want to see actually I wouldn't even give them one star. I have not had my car for 2 weeks and it is overheating the check engine light has been on and I don't even drive it everyday... I'm currently paying for a car that I don't even want and was told I need $1,500 in order to trade it in for a new one... Obviously making payments on the one I have now I can't afford that so now I have to try and put money into this car already that should not be giving me problems this early. yes their shop will fix it if I want to pay the deductible and drive an hour and a half to get it fixed on top of not having a vehicle to have during the time it is being fixed.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A VEHICLE WITH THEM!!! Just because they say yes to everybody doesn't mean you're going to be leaving happy or stay happy I was definitely not expecting this kind of lack of keeping their customers happy I do know that it was the first and the very last time that I will ever go to them for a vehicle!!!

Karri was awesome . She made me feel comfortable !! The other auto centers made me feel like i had 5minutes to decide. I woul definitely come back or refer a friend.

There was many sales associates working and only one working on myself and another couple. After a while another associate helped. I also didn t appreciate the attitude from some of them because I had a repo before and they said I tried hiding the vehicle which I didn t. But this will be my last time with mathison motors just because people have bad credit does not mean to treat them like criminals. Matt was very helpful on trying to get us into a vehicle.

I had a great experience car shopping at Mathison Motors! Karri was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and assisted me through the process step by step making it as smooth as can be! I highly recommend Karri! I absolutely love my new car and feel that it was a perfect fit as I was very nervous about going back to driving a car because I've driven a truck for the last 20 years. Sue at Clearwater Financial went above and beyond dealing with insurance issues after I was in an accident, the other driver ran a stop sign.
