Awesome place to shop for retro and new games. They fix almost every console and they do a wonderful job

I've been going to gamers Inc for years, they always help on prices and beat all retro competitors in the area. ie. Cybertron and hudsons who is waaayyy overpriced. I Will forever go too gamers Inc before anyone else now.

I love this place for several reasons. #1. A few months ago my PS3 got the yellow light of death and I really wanted it fixed but didn't want to pay a lot of money so I took it to a guy on craigs list (big mistake!). It broke within a week More

I got many systems and games here. I love coming here to get games I used to play as a kid. Amazing staff and just great people none the less.

Decent selection and good prices, although many of the games were in replacement cases which are a no-go for collectors like me. Salespeople are honest and straightforward, definitely a good place to shop.

Love this store. Connor's the realest dude in the room. Love Rob. He can really make your day. Come in and play Mario Kart all the time. There prices are terrific unlike Gamestop. Never switching back.

This place is awesome they have lots of things for good prices with very knowledgeable. I've grabbed some great equipment that's hard to find and learned a lot too. Also I take advantage of the buying back of items they give a good deal and made it easy.

The guy who rang me up, Conner, was incredibly personable and friendly. He also gave me a killer hook up! This is the place you wanna go for your gaming needs!

They have good customer service, but the store is poorly organized rare games in glass cases do not say there prices on the front so you half to ask at the front what the prices are. Good selection on some things and poor selection on other things. Very overpriced consoles snes there 99$ average retail price 70$ same condition 2 controllers all cords. 30$ more is terrible if you ask me P.S. I got my snes for 70$ at a retro store in the US so yeah and mine was cleaned and tested. Next I bought a copy of Act Raiser for by snes and It doesn't work I live on the other side of the continent in a different country and I'm stuck with a broken game. I cleaned the cart because it looked like garbage on the back I cleaned the pins and it doesn't work. Oh yeah there return policy is also terrible. you can only get things back in store credit not in real money even if you have a receipt. for new games you get a used replacement copy lol game stop is better your better off with amazon. only buy things like controllers, games that use disks, memory cards and ac adapters there you go, my opinion hope this helps.

They have a great selection along with a staff whose customer service is the standard. Seriously, support this business, they have a lot to offer and the people there are the best.

This is my favorite game store. I go here at least every month. They always have a great selection of retro games and consoles as well as next gen. I have never had a complaint with these guys. They also give you a 30 day money back guarantee if your game doesn't work.

Great experience and great service! Went in today for a few games and learned something new about the gaming system. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. Condition of items, even used, was nice. Will definitely be back to this store in the future.

Love this place! Everyone working is always chill and friendly, great conversation and game recommendations. Music playing is always that good mix of nostalgia and good times. Best place around to get retro games, hardware, even some collectables. They have smaller sections of modern ps4 ane xbone games, and a pretty healthy 3ds lineup.

Sold me a bad copy of call of duty ghost and then when I came in with the receipt they wouldn't give me my money back and told me to wait 2 days till I could get one of the workers used copy.

This place was a pleasant surprise in my recent visit to Orlando area. They deal in the equivalence of antiquities in the video gaming world. I am a collector of hard copy pc gaming and they actually had a section where I found a few games that are hard to come by and at a very fair price. I ll make it a priority to stop by whenever I m in the area since they shared with me they will have different stock all the time.

Awesome store, employees are extremely friendly and love to talk about the games they sell. Probably the only place I know of that I can go and buy games for my Super Nintendo or Nintendo 64. They have games for every console you can imagine from old to current gen, peripherals and controllers, and posters and paintings done by the owner. If you re into video games this place is a must go!

I always visit gamers Inc when I m visiting florida. Whoever the newer manager guy is (long hair), is an awesome guy. I m not even sure if he still works there now, but i thought he was a massive improvement over the previous employees I ve seen here. He was genuine and really seemed to enjoy just chatting about games and collecting. Some prices can be on the high side, but if you really know what you re looking for, there are deals to be had. At least in my experience, they are willing to negotiate a bit as well.

My first two visits to this store didn t leave me with a good impression. Glad I have them a third chance after another year. Things are way different now, friendly customer service fair prices on games, and a large selection of retro hardware and software.

This has become our go to place when the kids and I are looking for retro titles to add to the collection. We really enjoy taking a bit of time on the weekends to see what new stuff has turned up and mess around with the in store demo consoles for a bit.

Daniel and Michael were awesome! Super friendly helpful and attentive. I was going to buy a couple of King of Queens seasons on DVD and he sold me a pack with the whole series for a great price.

Very nice place. It has all kinds of retro games and consoles and a fairly large selection of products for each. My one complaint is that they can be overpriced for certain consoles. The staff is friendly and sincerely eager to have you leave with something nostalgic in your hands.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Selection can be a little sparse, but that's to be expected since they mostly have old school games. That being said, they carry tons of games, accessories, and hardware other retailers don't. I always try going here for my gaming needs before a major chain.

Connor and Joe were absolutely amazing. Their customer service was above my expectations. I came in with my best friend to find a guitar for ps3 because we lost the connector peice. They did everythjng possoble to get us a workong guiatr since they didn't have the connector. Highly recommend this store.

This is one of the best stores to come to when you want to buy retro games they honestly carry everything. I have been shopping here with my roommate for more than 8 years. Conner and Aiden have always been the ones to help us. Aiden actually made me a customer Xbox 360 its got the joker on it and is grey, purple and green. I also had the controller and it matched and said "Why so serious". Anyways this is a awesome place to shop at i highly suggest them the prices are better than Gamestop and you can also trade in games for store credit and its still better than Gamestop's $1.15 for a $60 game lol. If you ever go ask for Conner he is amazing and super helpful.

Gamers Inc is a great store.
Employees are knowledgeable friendly and helpful to everyone who comes in. They are mostly retro focused for the most part but carry games from atari 2600 up to the latest consoles like ps4 and xbox 1. If u need a console repair done they offer that service as well. The prices do vary all depending on the console and the issue u are having. Come and check them out if u have not been here before.

When there to trade in some games and the associate who helped me Chase was very knowledgeable and got me a good deal.

Took a ps4 in there to get fixed was told that there was a cleaning fee of 29.99 cuz the person I got the PS4 house had roaches, said not a problem go ahead and do what it takes to get it fixed, get a call back a few days later saying that there was nothing that could be done it had a motherboard issue.
Get the PS4 about a week after they tell me that to only bring it to my house and take it apart myself to find out that it was never cleaned and never even opend up at all. Really shady people watch out. Definitely wouldn t recommend to anyone

Love this place. Excellent stop for anyone looking to satisfy their retro gaming craving. They are fairly priced and give competitive trade-in values. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They do have modern systems and games available too. Easy to recommend!

Great "new" place we found. Options and inventory was pretty great and vast. We had a good time with the crew exchanging PokemonGo ID's ansd laughing at terribly great bootleg pokemon figs.

Brought in a lot of old play station 1 and 2 console and lots of games. The guy took the time to go through them all and pick out the good ones and I got more then my asking price which I was very happy thank you for being 100% honest with your customers. I ll will definitely bring in all and any of my future games to you guys. 10 star rating if I could

The only thing I don't like about this store is that I didn't know about it sooner! Going to retro stores can sometimes be like gambling, but not here. I've never seen consoles in such great shape, many of them look like they just came out of the box. I've purchased 3 or 4 consoles here in the past and only had an issue with a genesis that stopped reading games after about 2 months. I came back to the store and a young man named Jayce and a tall man named Robert gave me a new one with almost no questions asked. I just showed them my receipt and they even gave me a copy of Sonic Spinball for the trouble. Great place great people

This is the best game store ever you are treated amazing customer service and prices. The staff is amazing Conner, Robert,Hero, Chase basically all staff . My husband Justin goes in all the time and calls them all the time and treatment is always the same very Courteous and helpful. They are also all are very knowledgeable of pretty much every game in the store they know every detail of the game. So no matter if it is your first time there or 100th time there you know you always be treated the same.

Checked out the shop on the way out of town and I wasn't disappointed at all. They have a vast selection that just about any collectors bound to like. If I was more local I would make this my go to game shop. It was also clean inside and the staff were pretty friendly.

The variety of games is outstanding! the prices are super low and it comes with discounts on either your first purchase and/or if you are a veteran or with one. The people over there are super nice and they help me with tons of things. I ditched gamestop for this place because gamers inc is awesome!

I have been to Gamers Inc. a few times now and have yet to feel totally defeated. Connor was wonderful and always has a smile on his face. I have watched him deal with rude customers and he remained calm and I have watched him deal with a customer who was mentally challenged and he was very sweet and treated him like "one of the guys". They work with you if you work with them and they know the true value of games. They don't just try to send you away with nothing because they honestly want both sides to feel like they won. They take anything from collector's editions to key chains and offer you cash or store credit. If you think that you can't get anything with store credit, you would really be surprised at the amount of product they really have- which is anything from figures to old retro games and they even have a decent movie selection too. Connor is by far the most noteworthy employee that I have done business with and is very fair and easy to work with. There should be more of him in retail businesses.

5 Star Experience at Gamers Inc.! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a huge selection of retro games and also have some stations setup to play on some old systems. I traded in my gameboy color with a couple of games as well as my PSP and the pricing was very good and fair for how old they were. If you are trading in for store credit, even better and the pricing of their games are the best I ve seen. It s nice and refreshing to have a game store that is in it to serve the video game community. Best experience i have had in a long time. The staff had mentioned they have been around for 9years (wish i found out sooner). If you are not close by the area, it is totally worth the drive!

I've visited here a few times for some Gamecube accessories/games and they always have what I'm looking for. The employees are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly which is definitely a plus. Way better/different experience then gamestop.

There gamecube games are almost all bad. the first one i bought from them never worked. only 1 in a few of them worked, and they still give you less money then gamestop. a literal dollar per game and its in store credit only. i only come here cause its the only store i'm allowed to go to.

They are all very friendly and go out of their way to help you out. I visit here regularly and have never had a bad experience unlike other game stores I've been in. The staff went above and beyond any expectation I could of set to help me with my dilemma. Had an issue with an old school game, and it was handled perfectly ^_^

I would not recommend this store to anyone especially if you are looking to have a console fixed. I have had 3 consoles "fixed" by them and they never work and also they butchered my wii. Also I would not recommend to buy any parts for them because my boyfriend bought a battery pack for his vita and when he goes to use it works for about a day and dies. The store is neat because it has a lot of old consoles and games but I do not trust them to fix anything because quite frankly it seems that they do not care enough about fixing the consoles or that they are not knowledgable enough to fix the console.

This store use to be good but now they can't tell if they want to be a video game showoff/museum or a store. They display games/systems/accessories that they should be selling as if they're trophies instead of items they should be trying to sell to keep in business. The prices are way higher than they should be for a brick and mortar store. When your prices are higher than ebay (with already inflated prices) you know something is wrong. The employees "greet" you when you walk in, but then act like you're a bother. They don't bother to clean any of their older games, even a little. A little goo gone and a brush works wonders on the carts and cases; we did it at Rhino, it wasn't that hard. Honestly this place was a better deal when it was play n trade. Thought them breaking off would have been good, but it just turned into greedy collectors who want to show off their traded games and not actually sell them at a reasonable price.

Pretty hard when you're getting on par with the lack of quality that GameStop has.

If you are a Gamer then you gotta visit Gamers Inc.! They got games from the 70's to the present. Every platform imaginable. Prices are competitive. Staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommend.
