If you are looking for retro game stores in the Central Florida area I would recommend another store personally. This store has really questionable high prices and their selection isn't too wonderful. It's not bad if you need something quick and live in the area, but there are better stores.
Fantastic Store. A very unique and fun place for gamers. I really enjoy the fact that there are consoles for people to play, even an NES that's set up for people to take on a Duck Hunt Challenge for Store Credit. A great incentive for people to keep coming back. I go there 2-3 times a week to see what new items they get in stock. The staff is very friendly and loves to talk about all things gaming with their customers. My favorite game store in the UCF area. :)

I bought a game cube from here a year and a half ago. From the beginning it was iffy. Never played a game the first night. After hours it finally played my disc. Then it stopped working. When I went to gamersinc they told me the GameCube they sold me is fine and it was just the disc. Went home and it s never worked again. I bought brand new never opened discs and decided to try again and still doesn t work. A waste of my money and very frustrating they advertised it working perfectly. Very unfortunate I paid so much money for a completely broken gamecube
It's such a delight to see retro game stores like this still exist!! I had a great time browsing all their rare games, merch, and books that you just can't find at other game stores these days. The staff was also very nice, we chatted for a while.

Best retro gaming store in the Ucf/Orlando area. Awesome people that work there. Wish some games weren't so expensive but that's just how retro gaming is. The demand is much higher then the supply.

Excellent customer service!! We bought a ps2 this past Christmas for our son from gamers Inc. When my husband hooked it up it wasn't reading any games. A week or two later, I brought it back to the store and they replaced it for me ON THE SPOT! It made my day, and our so was so happy to have his ps2 up and running! Thanks again Gamers Inc!

I've been to this store years ago. When my PlayStation 2 Slim crapped out (which was bought elsewhere), they gave me an awesome amount of store credit to get another PlayStation 2 at a cheap price. I don't remember how much, but it was a good price. That PS2 is still working to this day.
I forgot this place existed since I don't normally go out to Waterford Lakes that much, but I'm glad the place is still there. I needed to buy a PlayStation 1 controller since no one else seemed to have one unless I was wanting to Shell out at least $20. I got the controller used at Gamers Inc for about $8. The guy running the store when I went in was definitely friendly. I need to come back more often.

Went back on Tuesday to replace the controller I bought the day prior, as something wasn't right with the left analog stick. I was able to get it swapped out with another controller right away, which works perfectly. Didn't have any issues and the people there that day were just as awesome.

This store is perfect for retro and modern gamers. They focus on retro for the most part, but have a good selection of PS4 and Xbox One games too!
Everything comes with a 90 day warrant, though I've never had an issue with what I've bought. Games are clean and they work first try.
They also repaired my joy-cons in two days, and I haven't had any issues since.
All of the employees are very friendly, the store has a great atmosphere, and it really is a trip down memory lane. I can always find something I had as a kid, or something just as great that I've never heard about.

THIS STORE IS AWESOME... They have great retro stuff.They use to be a Play n Trade a couple years back which was cool and all, Just a local retro game store i got my games from no biggie. But they switched there name to Gamers Inc now They still have retro stuff for cheaper prices which is good because i like cheap.But They seem to have a better stock of old Games and newer but im there for the oldies. Since the switch to Now my favorite Store in Orlando they are Sooo much better(and let me emphasize on so) the staff is nicer and more helpful the store seems to be going places Defiantly going back soon

Always a fair price on Trade-ins. I had a 'lot' of 50 atari 2600 games that I had taken to one of their competitors. The store priced my carts at .05 per cartridge without even looking at the games. The guys at Gamer's Inc sat with me and valued each cartridge individually based on market prices, not some number that they pulled out of their ear.. Great service, great products. This is literally THE BEST retro game store in town. They have most current games, as well. I'd go to Gamer's Inc. over Gamestop any day for new games as well as old.

Great service all the times I've gone. They have game systems and games down to Atari and back up to the newest of systems. Great on trade ins and give you the more then GameStop. Always had what I was looking for and if they didn't they would find it and let me know when the do get it. Again great service and you can't go wrong on this place ever.

They have a great selection of games, but they are a bit on the high side. I used to go here all the time when I lived in Orlando, like 2-3 times a week. I would have given them a 4 star rating, but I just opened my NES top loader I purchased from here because it stopped working... holy crap! I've always heard horror stories about bugs getting into old game consoles but I have never seen it. The fact that they put a warranty void sticker on this without actually opening it and inspecting it is a joke. I have to clean this thing up, and do my best to get rid of the insane amount of rust. I wouldn't be pissed about this if I didn't pay full market price for what turned out to be a roach motel. I'd never think twice about buying games from here, and would give them 4 stars in that category, but I'd never touch another system from here. To think I opened up my 3 genesis' and Saturn and made them spotless before I traded them in... For very little store credit I might add.
Had a good experience getting my PS2 repaired here! All staff I interacted with were pleasant and sociable. My PS2's laser was replaced within a week of having dropped it off, which was quicker than their original estimate. It's working great now! Next time I need to buy a game, I'll stop by here so I can support a local shop.
Gamers Inc is great! They sell games that I can't find anywhere else. And prices, and trade in values are the best in the area! I go here every week or two because the selection changes pretty regularly

Caveat Emptor, buyer beware. Bought a gamecube with super-smash and accessories from here. Neither of the controllers worked properly. I brought them back to get two better quality controllers, and one of those controllers was also defective.
The only reason this store isn't getting a 1/5 is because the employees handled the situation well. My newer controller was repaired by an employee and I was sent on my way.

Where to start, I cannot describe how amazin gamers inc is, the quality service is a 10/10 and they were able to help me fix my console like it was new. One of the employees called Connor was the best and nicest guy you could have ever met, he was able to not only fix my Xbox one but was very friendly and treated me like a good friend. I ve been here numerous times and love the selection. The only disclaimer I have is if you return something, you ll get a store credit instead of a refund. I haven t had an issue with anything I ve purchased here but it s just something to keep in mind. If you purchase something and it breaks or doesn t work as expected, they re always willing to swap items out. Their customer service is really great so I highly recommend them.

I haven't been here since June 2017 but I loved the environment how there are systems set up so you can hang out and play games. The selection was great and was nicely organized as well. Prices were not bad either. The staff was cool too. A great game store if you love the classics like I do.

There Prices and Selections are a complete Joke..Every game was 5 dollars or more than the average sold prices on Ebay. Only one game that caught my eye, its a very uncommon original nintendo game but they wanted $100 more than what it was worth, when I asked them to match the last sold price the girl at the counter just laughed, will not be returning.

Come here instead of going to chain game stores. This place is chill and has old school games playing all around. I played Duck Hunt while waiting for a used playstation to get checked out. Plus there are comic/gaming places just a couple doors down. The employees are honest about what they have and the quality of used products. They also don't close way to early like GameStop. On top of that, one of the employees friend's jumped my truck battery after I let it drain from not tightening the connection. Keep it tight.....and come to this place for games. Keep small businesses alive and please support the good people that work here.
