I came to Zeshan Usman for help with my legal issue and I'm usually very leery about dealing with legal stuff. After meeting with Mr.Z I felt like I had a huge weight off my shoulders! The biggest thing that helped me was the superb communication from Mr.Z. All my questions were answered and he walked me through every step of the way. I've been recommending him to all my friends, co-workers and family. Also food for thought I never write reviews on here but this level of service is so rare I had to post it.

I honestly don't understand all these rave reviews; I was treated horribly and with such disprespect. Mr. Usman must only be "nice" to the people whose cases he knows he will win.
When I first got to his office I was pointed at to wait out in the hallway while he was on a phone call. I could hear his conversation monologue clearly; he was on a personal call (of a non-urgent nature), while I waited an extra 10 minutes past my appointment time. Once he was finished he gestured with his hand for me to come in; no apologies given. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.
He ran through the series of questions with abruptness; almost like I was wasting his time. He fumbled on his words, made assumptions as he talked that I had to correct him on, and told me that there were something's that I would have to work on (of which I understood) before he could take the case. He ended the conversation with "keep on trucking".
Now I am not asking him for a hug, nor to be my BFF, and I am not in denial of my situation, but I do think he should be a teeny but compassionate and/or empathetic to those of us walking through his door. Instead he was rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful and made me feel two inches tall.
12 minutes earlier I swallowed my pride as I walked into his office; I left there several feet shorter, my tail between my legs, and less hope for my future.
Thank you, Mr. Usman, you made me feel worse than I had felt during all the years I had been struggling to pick up the pieces for my kids and I after a turbulent divorce. All you looked like to me was some pompous ass Attorney with a chip on his shoulder.

Mr. Usman dismissed my case within few minutes, said "no way this is going to work, pal". Told him I did the homework and passed the means test, he still did not make any effort to take it a step further... I went to see K&P firm on Main st, got the case submitted and discharged in < 4 months.
