I went to see Dr. Block in 1983 because I was a real medical mess. In a very short period of time, and with a dietary change totally turned my life around. I have been sending cancer patients to him since. There is no better physician on the planet.
This is the most wonderful cancer center! You don't want to need such a place. But if you need it, how grateful you will be to have found it. Not only is their approach life saving for so many, but they combine heir incredible knowledge with an equal store of kindness. I was so nervous going in, and I am so grateful I did!
A truly integrative center, the block center opened in 1980. They offer conventional chemo along with biobehavioral care, dietary assessment, supplements and vitamin infusions... all based on your specific body. I started coming here 1 month ago and my lab results have never looked better. My hair is not falling out even thought same chemo took it last year. I feel great!
There are lots of new clinics claiming integrative care as if this is a fad. However, be careful they are offering more than the conventional chemo, surgery, and radiation. The block center is taking a whole body approach and is worth looking into!!!
