Yesterday, I had interview in USM it was pretty good experience .The recruiters were too good and guided me to do right thing.
The office environment and culture was filled with positive vibes.I loved it.
They have a good team for building tools required for growth of business.
I best is not to work with USM Business system because every one feels "IM BOSS"
Management don't have proper knowledge about the recruitment as well as in Accounts.
My advise to management: Request you to use the resource in a proper way other wise no use if you have bunch of ladders also.

A good company but the process of hiring a new person will be a long process bcoz of the evaluation of the interview test rounds.
