Stayed here a bunch of times but this one time, THIS ONE TIME! THEY UPGRADED US ON A SUITE!! I understand if it never happens again and I appreciate that one time it did happened but thank you westgate!!
Unexpected pleasant surprise. I booked a room for 63$. Let me just say this hotel is beautiful. From the time we pulled in, from walking in (so many nice stores) many food courts to choose from as well as bar! I didn t make much use of the casino but from the Glympse I seen even that was nice and well kept! Last but not lease great renovations and awesome views!!! It may not be on the strip but close to hotel world which is a mini strip in its self, it s also very close to the strip maybe a mile and a half! This was definitely a bang for your buck. Thanks West gate!
With all the options of hotels in Vegas, this hotel shouldn't be a priority when selecting your stay. Sofa-bed in this hotels is the worst I've seen in any hotel. Its just for show, non sleep able at all. When i complained i was told that the room was pretty good other than the sofa bed and that a 2 beds room will cost me an extra $25 + tax (per night). After upgrading to the 2nd room i went to shower and there was no hot water in my shower. Had to call the front desk for them to fix the issue. It took 30 minutes. Long story short i would spend my money somewhere else if it's an option when booking. Very disappointed in this hotel for the price i paid
We stayed here couple of days ago and absolutely loved it highly recommended, beautiful pool closes at 7:00 because of this covid but it is a beautiful pool spa wonderful restaurants awesome casino awesome wait staff and we will definitely be coming back and the monorail takes you right downtown
We stayed here for a national volleyball tournament. The rooms were comfortable and large enough to accommodate extra gear. Renting a cabana for a day was a definite highlight that I would recommend in the Vegas heat/sun. The service out there was really good and the food/drinks were worth the rental price. We also enjoyed watching Euro Cup soccer on the MASSIVE screens in the Super Book Bar. The elevator situation is pretty bad. They said they are working on repairing it.
The employees here really helped me out, specifically Chris T. and Gilbert who work at the front desk. All of the employees are very friendly, the rooms are nice and spacious and I made good memories while staying here. I will be staying here again!
I really liked the Westgate. The room was amazing and had a fantastic view. All the staff members I encountered were friendly. Especially Johnny who tends bar near the main entrance. What great guy! Very friendly and fantastic service. My group enjoyed Johnny and his service. The folks at the sports book betting windows were very friendly and helpful as well. I had never been to the Westgate before but I am a huge fan after spending four days there
Worst experience ever. Black mold in my room. Wait staff flat out rude if you can even find them. Spent thousands and for that I get zero service or friendliness. Sat at pool for hours and not one staff asked if I needed anything. Elevators are awful. Basically 1 full blackjack table that s always full. Sat at the bar waiting for service twice for many minutes and was ignored.
This hotel was AMAZING!!! This was my first time in Vegas, so staying at this hotel was worth it. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly to us. We stayed in the Northern Tower, our room and outside view was breath taking. Our favorite part of the room was the bathroom!! Our stay was very short so we didn t get a chance to explore the hotel itself, but that s okay. Overall, this hotel is a must go too. I can t wait for us to come back and enjoy more.
Great place to stay and the staff are very friendly. The reason for only 2 starts is because we wanted to check out and the self check out machine doesn t work. We wanted to know is there any additional charges. And when do we get our refund. On this peak time Friday and Saturday only 3 staff in front desk and trying to manage all the people. This needs to be fixed. We really enjoyed this place but last day in checked out they made us frustrated by waiting
