Like most people I was nervous about letting someone near my personal computer...but Alex was professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. He showed up on time and did everything we agreed to in the time frame we expected. He communicates well with you before and during the appointments. I would recommend him for your computer needs and would use his services again if I ever encounter additional issues. I recommend him as a good resource for whatever your issues are.

Over the last 8 years Alex Joyce has done everything from retrieving data I thought was forever lost, to fixing my slow bothersome internet service, to clearing viruses, giving me great preventative adivice and the list goes on... the one thing that s been consistent is the level of professionalism and the positive experience I have taken away from every service appointment.
There are so many options to choose from these days when it comes to hiring a company and I m sure it s a very competitive environment. What I appreciate about User Friendly Computer Services is how much they care about their clients, in a strange yet wonderful way they feel like family.

In all the years I have been using my computer I have employed quite a number of computer techs. And I have had a few good ones. But Alex is the tops. Knows his business, resolves issues quickly, is so personable I kinda hated to see him leave, and for all that, he's fair and his charges very reasonable. Can't be beat!

Alex Joyce is the best and most professional technician for any and all computer needs--from repairs, to software installations, to recommending new equipment. I trust his work implicitly. His friendly nature and efficient working style is a great combination. He responds to emergency calls in timely manner and his rates are reasonable. So grateful to the person who referred him to me. Alex went above and beyond fixing a very unique computer problem. Being a (somewhat) geek myself, all indications pointed to software issues. Initially it seemed the same to Alex but upon further testing and trials, it ended up a hardware issue that he was able to resolve to my complete satisfaction. And most importantly, was very fair. Will highly recommend and use again.
