Great camp very organized Teachers are very nice I have no complaints

I just finished my first year at USDAN, and I did not like it. The teachers gave me homework, and it was very stressful. Another thing is that the transportation is terrible, and the busses smell. Aside from that, the idea of walking to your classes is great. But every single day, we had to sit in a seat for like an hour, watching the director give a speech, or watching dancers. I, personally did not enjoy it.

I went to USDAN as a child and now my daughter attends (she has attended for 6 years now). I was serious about one art form and perused it throughout my years at USDAN. My daughter has changed her art interests each year... but both of us found beauty, creative community, kindness and growth at USDAN. As a parent I do appreciate the scholarship program that allows so many different kids from all over the area to attend. I can t say enough about how much we love USDAN!!!

Been going here for only 2 years. But it is a great summer camp. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. And they offer a wide variety of 'classes'. It's over all amazing.

We went here for the Halloween experience. Total and complete nightmare. We waited 2 hours in the car to visit 'SCARY ZONES' 3 of which were empty. It was so lame and time consuming. Such a massive disappointment. I dont know about this camp otherwise, but the Halloween event is a must avoid!

A really amazing summer camp. The choir program is amazing, the teachers are professionals and they really know what theyre doing. Lookup some performances online to see how amazing everyone sounds! Best summer of my life

I had an amazing time at USDAN this past summer! It was my first time attending and as a rising senior and I still learned something new each day! I was able to take classes in subjects I ve had no experience in and the instructors where all phenomenal. I d recommend usdan to anyone, it s a time I ll never forget.

My son Louis is on the Autistic Spectrum and absolutely thrived the last 2 summers at USDAN. It helped him so much socially. His Art work is amazing. He just started middle school. At the 1st parent/teacher conference his Art teacher was amazed at his Art ability. She had no idea about USDAN. Thanks to USDAN, he got a 98 in ART. He's definitely going back this summer. Thank you USDAN.!

Usdan is such a wonderful summer experience for children! Beautiful campus, great teachers and staff. The kids have so much fun while learning and making new friends.

USDAN is amazing. I have only been there for two years, but they have been the best summers of my life. I got to make so many new amazing relationships with others. And I believe that those friends will be friends for life. USDAN is an amazing place and I hope that others will be able to share the experience of the camp for many more years to come.

amazing arts camp for kids. great music and theater programs.

The first year when my son had just started to play he loved it the second year was a disappointment as there was no advancement. He had improved while remaining in a low level band and individual instructor. The third year the program he was in wasn't going to change so we decided against the third year. He is 11 playing in a band with high school seniors maybe this place is not for advanced musicians

I went to USDAN the summers of 03, 04, 05 and 06. Only reason I couldn't go anymore was because I had aged out. I absolutely loved this place and look back on my memories fondly. I met some great people and got to see some great performances. Yes the teachers give you "homework" but it's an arts camp so what do you expect? You of course are going to have to practice and memorize your lines. I loved the theater program (even if the reps play favorites) and the creative writing class was so much fun. The theater program gave me my first lead as Ariel in The Tempest. I will be sending my kids here when I have them. I loved how it was in the woods away from people. Made it much more enjoyable. Wish I could go back. My last day I remember getting off the bus and crying because I could not longer go back. The teachers can be tough but they just want you to do your best. I miss it here and if anyone has children who are into the arts send your kids here

The teachers are excellent and the location is beautiful. A great camp

Great place to play some piano in your own little room! I went for two hours on a Friday morning and had no problems finding an open room. Thank you to whoever supports this location, a real blessing.

Greatest camp I've ever been to! Awesome directors and friendly staff, all sorts of fun activities to fit anybody, there are shows, fun assembly's, beautiful location,ETC. Every time I leave this camp every summer, I cry so much cause I know I'll miss everybody and everything! Send your kid to this camp! They will love it!

I'm going into my 8th year at this camp, and now I'm becoming a senior here. I've been going since the summer before 1st grade, which is when you're allowed to start going here, and start the Discovery program. For almost 8 years I've been in love with this camp. I've grown up here. I'm going to be going here until I can't go anymore, in 4 years. I fell in love with musical theater and performing here. This place broke me out of my shell. I can act and sing and I do those things because I want to make this camp proud. This camp is like my 2nd home. I will love this camp forever and ever. Thank you, Usdan!

I am going on my fifth year at Usdan, and I would honestly have to say that my second year of Usdan was by far the best summer I've ever had, followed by my first year, this camp is awesome, it actually allows you to do what you want to do, teachers and faculty are very nice and have amazing skill.

This camp has been the best ever since, and it still is. Excellent camp!

This place has felt like a second home to me for the 3 years I have been going there. I made close friends, discovered new talents, and enjoyed every second of it. It is a magical place

From the high quality of the courses, teachers, performances, and caring administration, the Usdan Center never fails to impress me. I have been to other creative and performing art summer programs and none of them can compare. I would highly recommend sending your children here to have a wonderful summer experience, while developing their talents and making friends they can truly keep for a lifetime.
