Love it here. They have a lettuce wrap for the subs which is great! That's all my friends and I get!

Food is great. If you plan on picking up at lunch time, plan for extra time. Crowded parking lot and a full house at this location but the food and service is always on point!

Food is good but delivery service not much waited over an hour for delivery. Never received food ordered.When called back in they didn't refund right away.It was stated it takes 2business days because it was a card purchase. After a couple of daysI was able to get in contact with the manager.Jessica thank you for being professional and taking care of my situation...for that I am truly grateful

Just another sub shop in my opinion. A lot of homeless hanging around outside. We helped some of them but we would go broke if we helped them all

Friendly and great service. Called before I got there and it was ready to go. My new place to order lunch had enough time to pick up & eat it.

The Best Subs next to Publix. Never had a bad experience here. Eveything tastes fresh and just awesome.

This is my favorite Jimmy Johns so far. They do not play. Due to my meal program I have a rather odd order. I really don't blame other locations for getting it wrong, but this place has not failed me yet! And they are faaast! Sad thing is I don't go up to Ocala too often, but their location is great for when I do, right by court. Then you can walk across the parking lot to $tarBux for some coffee. Ding ding ding!

I don't understand why they offer delivery if they're not willing to travel more than a mile and a half. I am literally 1.6 miles away from their location and they say it is out of their delivery area.

Jimmy John's is consistent, cheap, and it's pretty decent. In particular I like the bread. The person working was very friendly and warm, which is a lot to say given that the job is probably not all that great and I know it doesn't pay too well. A good sandwich for a traveling man.

Very dissappinting. They barley put any meat at all on it.

Just walked over and ordered a 16" Italian on French bread it tasted horrible the tomatoes were not even close to being fresh and the meat tasted like it's been sitting in the refrigerator for over a week. I will never eat at a Jimmy John's again.

I only live a mile and a half from this location but they won't deliver to me because I'm "out of range".

The food is very good, and I love that they can make any sub/sandwich into a lettuce wrap. I also love how quickly they can make your order, giving you a fast, healthier option for lunch/dinner in this world of fast food drivethrus. Parking can be a challenge at this location, so if you're close enough to them, you may want to use their delivery service. In regards to their app, I would suggest that they make it user-friendly for those trying to order multiple meals to be bagged separately.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming but they don't have any hot sandwiches

This place has the most fresh ingredients when it comes to a sandwich, either lunch or dinner you can't go wrong! Nice people and clean restaurant.

Poor choices in bread and the bread they serve is hard. They skimped on toppings and forgot to put the toppings on my wife s sub. There is not a napkin dispenser to be found (edit: it was in a hard to find place but when i asked, no one could help me). This was my first time eating at a Jimmy John s and I will not do so again. I ran out of gas and I walked into Jimmy John's on pine Ave the young lady did everything to help me and gave me something to eat this an amazing business and the employees are helpful and amazing .

Great food, and the people who work there are really nice.

Ran out of bread at 12:15 noon . Staff said 10 minutes before the bread was finished baking. I think they need to figure out that their business is sandwiches and the bread is a main component. Walked out and went to Subway down the road , plenty of freshly baked bread and got the meal deal for $4.99.

Love JJ. Great lunch for a workday or when you need a quick custom sandwich made in front of your face in about 1 minute flat.

I like to add cucumbers, sprouts, and hot peppers to most of the original recipes. They are always happy to make it that way.

Very nice atmosphere, good sandwich but I forgot to ask for peppercini's and Oil & Vinegar.

Fast and friendly service. My go to sub shop try the tuna it's made fresh daily and killer.

I think you should give everyone a couple of napkins instead of costing us having to look around to find them

We tried to use a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon that wouldn't work and the employees were less than helpful.

The slowest Jimmy John s in existence. They run a skeleton crew so you might be waiting to place an order in front of an empty counter. Also, the online order printer takes priority to walk-ins. Literally, I m leaving this review as the young lady ignores me and continues to make online orders and not call for the other person in the back.

I work at Waynes Cleaners and order from here once a week. It is always great food, fast service, and friendly employees. #Gargantuan

Only because i cant give ZERO stars. Pretty PATHETIC you dont delivery to a hotel that is only 2.75 miles from your store because its by the interstate. PRETTY PATHETIC. FIREHOUSE SUBS RULE ANYWAY.

The big John on wheat roll is my favorite & they always taste super.

My first time here. I loved the sandwich, but I couldn't hear anything especially whatever the hell the cashier said to me. Food was good. But I'm getting deaf.

They really are freaky fast and a decent amount of food, but always lacking in flavor.

How are you a sub shop but have no Philly cheese steak.
