this company gave me nothing but horrible experie...

this company gave me nothing but horrible experience. there are 2 things i want to mention. chergeback fee and closing fees.

i haave 2 year contract. it is finished july 2, 2016. now my store is on the remodeling.
so, I don't use their machine since February 2016. but they charge me $45 per month. it is a lot more expensive than what other company charge. so, I try to close your account by July 2,2016 . now they said they will charge me for july and august. this company rip you off as much as they can.
Regarding to charge back, I charge me $25 two times for 1 case . I tried to talk to supervisor 'gary' but they didn't let me talk to him because the rep is the expert for this case.
what a great company!

as business owner, I wish I don't have to use credit card service. but It is impossible in reality.

so I am gonna find a reasonable company as best as I can.

I want to warn you to check about this company's policy before you use them.
