Execute, Execute, Execute. I had to deal with this company to rent an apartment in Barcelona, and I think it's the worst thing I could do. He will not hesitate to enforce the law and will send you attorneys for any reason that allows you to recover more money. Not being Spanish, they played with the words in their contract and they withdrew me regularly and without permission more money than the rent for several reasons that are not indicated in the contract. (Jobs, change of meter, invoice of the previous tenant ...) The deposit was withdrawn in its entirety for the simple reason that I left the apartment before 3 years, nothing was indicated in the contract in this regard. In terms of customer service, it is completely invisible, so I had to move around the plumbers and others to repair water leaks due to improper installation of the boiler. In short, run away
