Not being Spanish, they played with the words in their contract and they withdrew me regularly and without permission more money than the rent for several reasons that are not indicated in the contract. (Jobs, change of meter, invoice of the previous tenant ...)
The deposit was withdrawn in its entirety for the simple reason that I left the apartment before 3 years, nothing was indicated in the contract in this regard.
