UrbanBound has been a great help in my last move across the country. Really appreciate the help so much. Loved their portal and it has a lot of great information.

Megan was super helpful and responsive and gave us all the info we needed during our move accross the country.

UrbanBound is the company in charge of my relocation from Chicago to Memphis. It did a really good job.

Urban bound offered really convenient tools that facilitated my move in experience. Would definitely recommend.

They were incredibly helpful during my move. I had a lot going on and they were able to help me stay organized and followed up with vendors to answer all my questions/concerns. They were able to accommodate some last minute requests I had and had great communication throughout.

Overall great experience. Portal was easy, payments were fast, relocation specialists were easy to work with and quick to respond

UrbanBound was a great company to work with. Although I didn t actually have to use a lot of their services, they offer all kinds of services to make your move easy such as help finding a uhaul, apartment/house, temporary housing, etc. My representative was very responsive and made sure that I had exactly what I needed to make my move as smooth as possible. All I had to do was tell her something I needed and she was right on top of it. Overall, very great experience.

Great new fresh take on the corporate relocation package. This is the third time I've moved for work and by far the smoothest. The combination of technology and human interaction was perfect.

Waste of time. New employer contracts with them, and honestly I could have done all the work they did on my own. Actually, wait...I did do all the work on my own. So, what did they do? I got quotes, followed up on them, dealt with pets, found a place to live, etc.

UrbanBound did an amazing job facilitating my move to another state with very short notice. I anticipated making the majority of the move myself, as it was just me and my relatively minimal amount of belongings, but when plans had to change last minute, UrbanBound responded with assistance right away, and helped me book the new services I needed. Considering how stressful moving is in general, UrbanBound took a lot off my plate and allowed me to focus on other important details. I would definitely recommend them for any relocation related services!

Urban Bound helped me a lot for my relocation from NC to NYC. Their website and representative service were the best I ever used. Ashley is a very friendly and patient representative that actually talked to me through the phone for my moving situation. Their website is very user-friendly too! I am able to track the reimbursement and other conditions, clear and easy!

This company hires the most incompetent, lazy, and unresponsive people on the planet. It s bizarre how bad they are. We booker a U-haul through them; they booked it at the wrong facility that was many miles out of the way. We needed a piano mover; they booked a piano mover that cost 3x more than the piano mover we recommended. We needed to book flights; they were so unresponsive that we ended up having to book it ourselves and fight with our employer to expense it. I hope to never have to deal with these idiots ever again.

My Consultant, Theresa, was awesome in guiding me through the process, even during the pandemic. I would highly recommend using this company for your relocation.

Bob was excellent - easily reached and knowledgeable. A pretty simple tech platform (Good but not great). Resolving a few solvable kinks in their user experience will take them to the next level.

Urbanbound has a corporate contract with Frito Lay campus hires for relocation. I was going to be given $5000 lump sum to relocated. Because of the high price of an all inclusive move I decide to rent a u-haul and do it myself meaning I did not require any services from Urbanbound. Despite submitting all of my information in a timely manner I did not receive my payment until about 4 weeks after completing my move. It was an incredibly frustrating and inefficient process. To cap it off I have decided to leave my current company and I am required to pay back any relocation help I received. Urbanbound charged $399 to help with my move. So, now I am having to pay $399 back to my employer because that is the fee Urbanbound charges to deliver a check a month later than it should have been.

UrbanBound was a pleasure to work with especially during my move to a new state. Between helping with relocation expenses and giving options for housing, they made the transition very easy. They also offer moving tips and advice and recommendations for what to do in the areas surrounding my new town which was great!

Urbanbound was awesome! Communication was great and they lay everything out so simply that was easily able to find useful information for my move! Jovie, my moving consultant was also fantastic! Always responded to my emails quickly, never felt like I was waiting around for a response

I had to move during the pandemic on a very short notice. Bob at UrbanBound made my move as seamless as possible. He immediately connected me with moving companies who could meet my timing requirements, and the company I eventually booked with did an amazing job with packing and transport. Given the circumstances, I don t think I could ve had an easier move. If I can expect this type of service again, I would love to work with UrbanBound again in the future.

Moving one's family and stuff is an extremely stressful and daunting task. UrbanBound made our experience of moving from Seattle, Washington to Eau Claire, Wisconsin as simple and smooth as possible. We had a full understanding of the benefits eligible to us and Urbanbound corrected miscommunication (my fault) on our behalf quickly and without question or judgement. I give my full recommendation.

Great Customer Service! Super easy to talk to and made my relocation stress-free.

Very poor quality employees that do not know anything about finding housing. Consistently just pointed off to a website that I could have found on the first page of a google search. I was even informed to just check craigslist at one point. They do not offer any real help in trying to find a place to live. Also take days to reply. Would not suggest this for anyone wanting real help finding a place. Just use google at least it is free.

The UrbanBound product exceeded my expectations. I loved being introduced to top notch suppliers who treated me as if I was the CEO of my company. I found the data and content within the software to be extremely helpful as it guided my wife and I to make well informed decisions. If you are looking for great software and a fantastic customer service team then I highly recommend UrbanBound. I can't imagine what my relocation would have been like without them.

Jovie and the team over at Urban Bound truly showed care and initiative when coordinating / processing my move from South Orange County, CA to San Diego, CA. All items needed as well as additional labor was able to be sourced and scheduled with ease and options available as well. From planning to working w the movers all turned out great.
