My wife and I are extremely happy with our new home, and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Michael Guinn and Urban Living. We have only been through the process of closing once before so Michael's patience made the entire process a painless experience for us. He had a great attitude and always responded quickly to our questions. Couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

I had a few different experiences with Urban Living as I was looking at a lot of newer developments one weekend. Every agent/representative I spoke to on a property was extremely helpful. I ended up working with Casey during my home buying process (closed today!!) and she was amazing. She was very quick to respond to my/my agent, and explained things really well during the blue tape walk and final walk. Today when I went to pickup the keys I was greeted by a super helpful gentlemen at the office and then by Casey to hand over everything. I couldn t be happier with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Urban Living to anyone looking for a new home.

I purchased a new construction home with Urban Living, and it was a smooth process. Buying a home is stressful, so all parties need to be on the same page. Eugene was accommodating and professional throughout the process, and everything went according to plan. Any questions or concerns I had during the process were quickly directed to the builder and answered. I closed on my house last week, and I am thrilled with the final result.

The agent Nick I was working with was so Unresponsive I couldn t even take it after he deliberately wasted 3 months of me and my realtors time when he failed to communicate and update us on the questions we had for the builder. Please don t make the wane mistake I made, there s other options and responsive builders and serious sellers. Lesson learned.

Everything and everyone was AMAZING! The staff from beginning to end were extremely knowledgable and patient. The house is COMPLETELY gorgeous and they were as meticulous as I was (if not more) about making sure every thing was perfect during the walk throughs. I didnt feel rushed at all. This was an EXCELLENT experience to say the least!

Okay- 12/10 recommend. I feel like I ll never be able to express how thankful i am for them. We came across Urban Living when we found a property we liked in the med center. However, it ended up being out of our price range and thought we weren t going to be able to find a house in an area we d like. Our selling agent, Michael, was our angel in disguise during this. He showed us all the properties we would possibly like based on conversation we had with him. We ended up loving a house in the heights. From the beginning to end, Michael constantly kept us updated and was super supportive with whatever we asked for.
Once we were closer to the end, we had the chance to work with Casey to ensure everything would go smoothly. So happy to say we closed on our first house over the weekend. Urban Living, thank you for helping us with our first home!! & Michael, thank you for putting up with us and our millions of questions- couldn t have done it without you! :)

My husband and I found an Urban Living community after seeing some directional signs for an Open House in a highly appreciating area in a neighborhood we feel in love with immediately! 6 months later, and we just closed our new home and couldn't be happier! Thank you so much to Casey for assisting us during the closing process, she made closing a breeze!
