Danny is professional and very knowledgeable . He took note of my concerns and passed the info along and was able to get our insurance issue resolved. I will definitely recommend PKC. Absolutely the best DME supplier I have ever used! Thanks so much!!
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to endure contact with. Their reps lie to you and don t do their job properly and are extremely rude and lazy. I have been without pods for a month due to their negligence and they have made it very clear that they do not care. My glucose has been extremely difficult to manage with out the pods and I have had many instances of alarmingly high glucose readings due do not having the pods available to me. They don t care about their patients or our well being and I have never been had the misfortune of dealing with a rep that lies and is so incapable and rude. I will tell every person who asks me about my pod what a horrible experience this has been and I will tell every single person I can to never work with this pharmacy that has absolutely zero care for their patients. This has been a truly terrible experience.
I absolutely positively LOVE LOVE LOVE this pharmacy!! They above and beyond what the normal expectation is EVERY time!! They have excellent customer service and I would recommend them to ANY AN EVERYONE!!

I hate this company this is the second time they don t send me My diabetic supply , and now I m thinking on switching everything to Edgepark medical instead , I rather have everything in one spot versus going through this , with Edgepark medical is so convenient I can do it on their website and it calls you or emails when order is done . With this company you never know what s happening so frustrating.
Going through PKC has been nothing but a breeze. Easy from start to finish. And they have some of the most helpful customer service representatives I ve ever spoken to! Incredible!
My daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic and we have been using PKC for 3 years to receive her Dexcom supplies.
I will say that when I finally am able to figure out who her Patient Care Coordinator - as it changes almost monthly and no one notifies you - they are always very kind and helpful. I have never dealt with a mean employee thankfully! However, there have been days that I have had to call 10-12 times because the receptionist does not answer.
Side note: please don t ever leave a message because no one will ever call you back. Unless you get someone directly on the phone the likelihood that you will ever hear back from anyone is slim to none.
As I mentioned before the Patient Care Coordinator changes regularly and therefore her shipments are often behind schedule. As my daughter s insurance only allows 3 sensors monthly - and each sensor only lasts 10 days max- when the shipments are off she runs out of a medical device that provides her a good quality of life.
If anyone from this pharmacy ever reads this, I would just like to remind you that you are not providing medical equipment to nameless, faceless people. These are real children, with real diseases and they need the equipment you provide to lead a quality life. I wish I could include a picture of my 5 year old diabetic warrior, maybe you would remember how important your job is and do it with excellence or at least with a sense of urgency.
