Sorry to say that the front desk lady today (6/14/17) at 4:00pm hung up on me. You need a front desk person who is a normal human being with normal people-skills and who is polite. This was unacceptable and I hope the doctors there are better people than this lady.
Just called for questions about an exam and the lady sounded like I just woke her up. I had to keep saying hello hello, like she was sleeping or I was bothering her asking questions
Lost 2 hours because of their unprofessional behavior. Doctor didn't arrive on time. Go somewhere else!
Huge rip-off! Do not Go! They don't care what insurance you have, they just come up with a number and force you to pay over $100 for an originally free fitting exam. Be aware that do not expect to get your money back because they let you sign name and SSN on a form that is not in English! Who knows what is written there! I only realized this after I got ripped off
The doctors are okay, but the staff is not very knowledgeable and they tried to charge me way more than what they said. I was told one rate, and I got a bill for a rate significantly higher what I was told at the front desk. Will never be returning.
The front desk receptionist always has attitudes and treat my mom very bad.

I was told on FOUR separate occasions by the front desk that my contact lens exam would be $80. I repeatedly asked "This contact lens exam is $80, correct?" and every time, he says yes. I show up the day of my appointment, front desk is super inattentive. I'm then told that my eye exam would be $230, and THEN am told by the ophthalmologist I was booked for something completely different....... ended up having to leave because he scheduled me wrong. really disappointed.
edit: To make it better, I was sent a bill in the mail for an exam I never even received.
Currently standing outside of the locked office at 3:25. They're supposed to be open until 4pm on Saturday (as posted on their front door) but doors are locked.
