I was told on FOUR separate occasions by the front...

I was told on FOUR separate occasions by the front desk that my contact lens exam would be $80. I repeatedly asked "This contact lens exam is $80, correct?" and every time, he says yes. I show up the day of my appointment, front desk is super inattentive. I'm then told that my eye exam would be $230, and THEN am told by the ophthalmologist I was booked for something completely different....... ended up having to leave because he scheduled me wrong. really disappointed.

edit: To make it better, I was sent a bill in the mail for an exam I never even received.
