UPS have lost or failed to deliver 8 packages addressed to me in the last few years. I instruct all of my suppliers to use Mail or FEDEX as UPS do not deliver in my area as we all have remote properties and use mailboxes. Occasionally a supplier sends something via UPS and instead of helping they destroy the package. I've found UPS personnel very unhelpful. Also, they demand payment of customs charges for international shipments then don't deliver them leaving the reciever out of pocket and without their package. They don't issue receipts so you can't claim a refund either. The UPS online help is comletely useless. It asks if you want to change shipping address but doesn't let you change it.
