UPS = Unable to Provide Service.

UPS have lost or failed to deliver 8 packages addressed to me in the last few years. I instruct all of my suppliers to use Mail or FEDEX as UPS do not deliver in my area as we all have remote properties and use mailboxes.
Occasionally a supplier sends something via UPS and instead of helping they destroy the package.
I've found UPS personnel very unhelpful.
Also, they demand payment of customs charges for international shipments then don't deliver them leaving the reciever out of pocket and without their package. They don't issue receipts so you can't claim a refund either.
The UPS online help is comletely useless. It asks if you want to change shipping address but doesn't let you change it.

Product didn't arrive, Aran took my money and ignore my requests for help or refunds.

Ordered a jacket from Aran Sweater Market four weeks ago with instructions to "Please ship via mail or FEDEX as UPS do not service my area."
They decided to ship via UPS anyway who then told me they cannot deliver.
Aran Sweater Market don't answer emails, phonecalls or their online chat messages. I will wait another week before advising Mastercard I need my money back.
I'd love to post a photo of my jacket but it didn't arrive. They shipped it via a company that cannot deliver to my area despite being advised that this would happen.
