Upright MRI of New Mexico Review

The MOST UNPLESENT place to go. The lady in front was rude from the time I walked in. Then her and another lady were talking about my insurance just because its state insurance and how I should be embarrassed and I should get a real JOB. Little they know I'm disabled and unable to work due to an auto accident. THANKS FOR NOTHING LADYS!!!( I'm glade everyone in the lobby heard what you were talking about) WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE (HIPAA)

They claim to have a wheelchair accessible entrance, only if you have help opening the doors.

We Had to get an MRI for my 10 year old daughters Elbow. The Staff was so compassionate and helpful and very sensitive to her pain! You could tell they all loved what they do and where they work. The Office was newly remodeled. Very clean looked great. All new technology and had tv for her to watch to help the time go by. I had a great experience. We had a bit of an issue with the way my daughters arm was positioned do to the injury and splint. However the staff did not give up right away they did different things to be able to accommodate her in the most comfortable way. Even the receptionist was very pleasant which is rare most places. Two thumbs up.

I have issues with MRIs and couldn't complete one in another facility! When I entered Uprite I was immediately put at ease. The employees are super friendly and are eager to make your experience a pleasant one. I lasted the time for my MRI and was extremely comfortable with the seating arrangement that I had for my type of MRI. I was nervous and said my mouth was so dry and the Tech gave me a few lozenges and it cured my problem immediately. Plus there were pillows around me to make my time even more comfortable.
I recommend Uprite MRI to one and all, it made a scary experience pleasant.

As a claustrophobe I was very apprehensive about making it through my 35 minute MRI on my hip, but the set up they have is really helpful. I was closed in on the sides but the front was totally open so I didn't feel trapped in. They have a TV you can watch and even hear since the noise level was lower than I have experienced in other MRI's. The two people who attended me were super patient and positive and encouraging and they let me go as slow as I wanted to get into position. I totally recommend this place!

This office is the most professional office I ve been to. Michelle and her staff do everything possible to make you comfortable and at ease. Highly highly recommend

Best MRI in Albuquerque. Avoid the cold and claustrophobia. And the pictures are of what your body looks like from the effects of gravity instead of a flat cold table

I am severely claustrophobic and was really nervous about getting an MRI, even an upright one. I'd had an upright MRI in another state years earlier and remembered it as a very uncomfortable experience. Well, this experience was completely different. From your seat you look out into a large room with a TV you can watch. Over your head you wear a very lightweight helmet with a plastic frame that has hardly any panels but is mostly open space. Though it gets noisy, I was so relaxed that when the procedure was over the attendant came in asked me if I'd been meditating! The man who operates the machine, sorry I don't remember his name, really took time to set me at ease before we started. If you have to have an MRI this is the place to go.

This is where my DAV husband goes for his MRI.The staff are caring and where his back suffer the least.

The MRI tech had EXCELLENT bed side manner, patients comfort is top of his list.

I'm very claustrophobic. They talked me thru the experience and gave me such a calming experience. I recommend this place to all who have trouble getting into a regular MRI. They will always be there to answer any questions you may have.
