Dreadful...have been trying to use install it for 6 hours hopelessly....A waste of time and money.

Excellent customer service, they really follow-up in a way to make sure problem is solved and customer is satisfied... internet service and speed are good, plans are affordable and convenient too

This is a purely fraudulent company. I joined Mobi because of an attractive offer they had (2 months free & free modem), and the procedure took about 4 month to change from ogero to them. Today was the day I was supposed to start with Mobi, and I get a call from them telling me I have to pay an extra 200,000LL for the modem, and that they cannot proceed with the two free months anymore. And I cannot get wifi if I don't agree. So now it's too late for me to go back to Ogero, and I'm stuck without wifi

I just got my internet yesterday I asked how s the ping and connection they said 50-60 But for me it s 170+ never going below 160 and I chose the open speed service but my download speed isn t going above 3mbps Customer Service is good but the dsl is dissapointing

Internet seems to turn off by itself not cheap either! Ive called 10 times on seprate occasions and each time I either get false promises its so dumb.

Great Customer Service. However their DSL connection is awful. Don't be fooled by the 4 stars cause I was looking for an Alternative service provider to Ogero and thought that their connection is good. Turned out to be completely the opposite. Not Recommended.
