Updox is very easy to use and integrates with Practice Fusion very well. The savings in ink jets alone is worth the price. I have also found their customer service to be genuinely concerned with resolving any issues.

Very happy with the Secure SMS feature. Helps us communicate quickly and securely with patients and avoid phone tag. Its nice to get all online queries ( online forms ) also come in the same dashboard. This helps simplify our workflow

We have been using Updox for 5 years - it's easy to set up and very intuitive. We use it for managing all the faxes coming in to the office. It's like having a shared inbox for workflow, and also, we make a specific queue for the providers to review medically related tasks. Updox allows us to modify a fax: split into multiple faxes, mark up, quick sign documents etc.

We are now using it for Telehealth. Very easy to use and set up. The patients get a link via text or email and then the session starts. So easy!

Receiving our faxes via updox has been extremely beneficial to my practice and is saving of time and supplies. We now have the capabilty of sending faxed documents from other facilities directly into the patients charts. So far it's been an awsome experience.

I just attempted to contact your support team to discuss this issue and the message i received was "we are sorry all of our agents are busy please leave a message and we will contact you."

Per their pre Q messaging I have since attempted to use their support feature and its an email not a chat as their messaging proclaims. Seriously who does this in this day and age? To that end I am going to pose an ultimatum to my health care team as follows "Either switch from updox to a provider who is capable of working and support all aspects of the relationship or I'm going to change my health care team!" After all I am not comfortable with leaving my number here in the open for them to reach out to me and since I cant reach a person in the company. Also I am not comfortable sending a random email with my contact details...And I'm not disclosing my medical provider in an open forum that is HIPPA.

As a patient of a doctor who is attempting to use this software I am told that in order to use this that I will receive a link via sms which would allow me to use this. Well I have tried on several occasions to use this to communicate with my physician during a time when we are all using telehealth and we'll long story short I never get the link. My phone carrier says that they never receive a sms from them either. Simply put if you are using this and it's working then good for you if your health care provider wants to use this beware. This has been nothing but a terrible and frustrating experience with this company.

Terrible Customer Service! If you want to deal with a company who consistently blames other departments instead of resolving an issue, choose them. If you want to deal with a company who after calling and emailing for an entire month trying to get a resolution to a problem, continues to ignore you and charge your credit card without any customer support. Choose them. If you want a company who is supposed to be representing you to your patient base, instead offers no support. Choose them. I repeat, terrible customer service and a disgrace to the reputation management sector.
