If you want to deal with a company who after calling and emailing for an entire month trying to get a resolution to a problem, continues to ignore you and charge your credit card without any customer support. Choose them. If you want a company who is supposed to be representing you to your patient base, instead offers no support. Choose them. I repeat, terrible customer service and a disgrace to the reputation management sector.
