I just attempted to contact your support team to discuss this issue and the message i received was "we are sorry all of our agents are busy please leave a message and we will contact you."

Per their pre Q messaging I have since attempted to use their support feature and its an email not a chat as their messaging proclaims. Seriously who does this in this day and age? To that end I am going to pose an ultimatum to my health care team as follows "Either switch from updox to a provider who is capable of working and support all aspects of the relationship or I'm going to change my health care team!" After all I am not comfortable with leaving my number here in the open for them to reach out to me and since I cant reach a person in the company. Also I am not comfortable sending a random email with my contact details...And I'm not disclosing my medical provider in an open forum that is HIPPA.

As a patient of a doctor who is attempting to use this software I am told that in order to use this that I will receive a link via sms which would allow me to use this. Well I have tried on several occasions to use this to communicate with my physician during a time when we are all using telehealth and we'll long story short I never get the link. My phone carrier says that they never receive a sms from them either. Simply put if you are using this and it's working then good for you if your health care provider wants to use this beware. This has been nothing but a terrible and frustrating experience with this company.
