Worst customer service ever. I work in customer service I have never treated my customer the way they do ... They literally just ignore you. They should hire me LOL I would do way better.

The staff is extremely unprofessional. You can never speak to anyone in the office other than the secretary because the others are always busy and unavailable at the moment. They always take a message when you call but they do not always call you back or address the reason for your call. They have hand delivered a 10 day notice of non payment of rent when I had already paid my rent with a money order that they later realized was wrongfully applied to someone else s account. Maintenance shows up to your apartment with a work order that you never put in for and when you call the office questioning why maintenance is at your house with out ANY prior notice they tell you oh, our mistake. The work order was for another unit. The apartments are finished with cheap materials, such as baseboard heaters that fall apart, and continue to fall apart no matter how many times they come to fix it. The blinds are so flimsy when you simply go to pull them up or down they break and you are now responsible to replace them. Tiles in my bathroom just gave and fell down. And I was the first tenant in my unit, it was a brand new build and the apartment has had many repairs since I moved in. They do not keep up with the landscaping either, maybe three times a year they landscape. It s unfortunate because the apartments are beautiful or appear that way and are very spacious with nice closets but it s miserable to rent and live in their units.
Great concept, unfortunately would be even greater if they chose a new property management company instead of Maloney Properties. Whom lack the ability of proper and respectful communication with the community when applying for apartments.
Absolutely horrible management staff, no communication whatsoever the company didn t answer the phone for 2 weeks straight, one min I m on the list to wait for an apartment for me and my son and I constantly called for a year straight to see the progress and the second I went 2 weeks of not calling they claimed they sent a letter I didn t respond to in the mail so automatically took me off the list after waiting over a year !!!!!!! No phone call nothing, no extra effort to contact me I never once received any letter so all they had to say about it was well try again and reapply that s all the process to get in was so tideous and too time consuming all for nothing I would never apply again just to waste my time. They do as they please. Very horrible staff.
