I have been in contact with this business 3 times over the last week. I paid off a dept right away once I received a notice from them for settlement. They stated they would send the debt resolution letter for proof of payment. However I have never received it my mail or email as they stated they sent it. I am in the process of trying to buy a house so the letter was required for my lender. But alas nothing had been received. I have confirmed my mailing and email address several times to ensure they are sending it to the correct place. The have been very friendly however I would be too if someone is paying me thousands of dollars.

This company will take anything from your credit report and try to scam you. They tried sending a letter stating my car payment was with them. I ve never missed a payment. The amount I owed was completely false, and the charge off date they gave me was before I even had the car. Do not give them any of your money.

This place is a scam an the way they do an harrass you with letters is like they're the mafia an they curse an hang up on your an don't call you the legal way which is stating whom you are 1st an whom your looking for. I wouldn't pay them a thing from an outrages hospital bill. Which in suing for they're medical malpractice an over billing. Good look an stop wasting paper i won't ever be able to pay you unprofessional mfs. Ooops a little taste of your own medicine potty mouths.

You know it's a scam when they don't talk, just call and hang-up after 10 seconds.

I expect to get the same blah blah response everyone else did who left a 1 or 2 star rating. LOL EDIT, 30 minutes later, told you

This showed up on my credit report but have received no written explanation as required by my state law. They continually call my employer but do not speak, this also violates state law as I have not given permission to contact me in any way other than written. I do not owe this debt and it needs to be removed

This company reported me to Credit Agencies for not paying a $495 At&T Bill. They never spoke with me. They say they called and left Voice Messages. from November 10 to December 30. My phone is setup to block unknown callers. The first I learned of collection is when I attempted to purchase some needed Dialysis equipment and was turned down because of the negative entry by MRS Associates. The day that I found out about the Collections on my report, I called and settled the debt. I explained that I was never contacted and was not aware of the outstanding charge. I pleaded with them to understand that this was a misunderstanding and it should not affect my perfect credit and punish me for 7 years for an oversight.. I am a disabled Veteran who served my country for 8 years. I have always paid my obligations. I do not understand how a company could have so little heart and empathy and not be willing to work and compromise with a citizen. The owners Saul and Jeff Freeman should be empathetic and give a little leeway for a Veteran who served and almost gave his life for his country. I hope they read this and contact me. Then I will return and edit this review. I have faith in their ability to forgive and make this a win/win situation instead of a win/lose situation. I am willing to pay a stiff penalty. I am willing to do whatever it takes. Meet me half way, is all that I am asking. I will await your reply. Thank you.

What a JOKE! I called to make a payment on my girlfriends balance of $107. While on hold I went to their web address and logged in and saw that that balance on their website (portal.mrsbpo.com) was $118.23. When they answered the phone I told them I wanted to make a payment in full to clear the account. I gave them all the account info and they said "Am I speaking with Julie".. clearly I am a man with a deep voice and I said, no. She said I can't give you any info on the account because you are not Julie. I said I do not want any info on the account, I want to pay the account off and asked why there were different balances? $107 v $118.23. She again said I can't tell you anything about the account. Again I repeated that I did not want any info, I just wanted to know why there was a balance discrepancy? I said "all I want to do is pay the account in full, do I pay $107 or do I pay $118.23"? Once again she said I can't tell you any info on the account. - I hung up. All I wanted to do was PAY THE ACCOUNT OFF and they wouldn't let me. These are the people who give all collections companies a bad name. You suck.

Appreciate the customer service, the lady i spoke with was very kind n professionally. Trust worthy company. Sends confirmation numbers to and gives you a notice about a week before the take every payment out

Super easy to find my account and pay off my bill. But a little disappointed they never reached out to tell me I had collection. Didn t even know till I saw it on my credit report.
