Great customer service and they help you to a house into a home

This company sucks as bad as fetter and goebal. Evansville people need to grow up and stop living in the past. That's why it's impossible to live in this trash town.

After about three weeks talking with Heaven at Lowe Realty, we stopped into their office and saw they had a new listing that suited our needs. We turned in our applications immediately, paid the $25 fees (each), and we waited. After a few days I still hadn t gotten any information as to whether we had been approved, so I called and was told I needed to submit paystubs, not just W-2 s. No problem. My boyfriend and I turned them in that day. We were told Wednesday we would be reviewed and sent an email whether we did or did not receive the listing. Fast forward to today, Monday, and I called again to find out on FRIDAY, another applicant was approved and given the house because they called the owner and he approved them on the spot. I m trying to find the words through my frustration, because I know we had our applications in first, and had been working with this company towards finding our next home, and we are left currently scrambling to find another home before the 1st of April. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Can't get anything fixed. They seem to not care if they get sued or not. So I guess I'll just sue them and turn them over to insurance companies.

We lived with Lowe for almost 3 years and honestly have no complaints. They were super responsive ASAP to any problems we had which was very minimal. Move in and move out process was super easy. Thanks Lowe! And huge thanks to the girls at the front desk who were always a big help.

Our original landlord pushed us to these guys and we have had nothing but problems. Make sure you read reviews on the realty company before you make an important decision. I think the reviews from others sums it up.
