Love the Thomas and Mack Center very roomy and I was happy to see my goddaughter graduate high school

Went to UNLV basketball game. First time great place to watch games and concerts

Big and Humongous place. Clean and lots of restrooms.

Went here for my graduation. A great venue that is very welcoming! Plenty of seats and events go on here as well!

Great location with a tremendously customer service, staff is outstanding. Over all a great experience.

We went to the NFR there and go every year. They are very accommodating for the handicapped.

Went to see and UNLV game there. Very cool stadium.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Tried to go to the NFR and my purse was too large because I have to carry my diabetes supplies. However, they did not care about that and said if I wanted to go in I had to check my purse with their check bag service who openly said that they tend to loose your bag tickets. I literally dumped the entire contents of my purse into their plastic bag that you was so flimsy that I was worried it would rip and I d loose hundreds of dollars worth of medical supplies. But they were okay with that and finally allowed me to go inside, but then they lost our ticket info so we had to call a customer service representative to look up our tickets and verify them. Most disappointing experience of my life.

It was amazing and I just had my brother's graduation there so it was just awesome

Nice facility for watching all day games while staying in LV. The only thing I hate is that some big bumps without a warning sign leading to the parking lot on the small driveway on the right side of the center. Even one drives only 15mph or less but it could damage your car.

Nice clean facility for games, concerts, and college graduation ceremonies. Best of all, there is air-conditioning!

The venue was very nice, however the traffic control plan was atrocious.

My daughter's graduation was held here and while the venue was nice it was a traffic nightmare when leaving.

Nice & huge venue for MMA fights. My 1st time here & 1st MMA or UCF style fights..

Big spacious venue that can convert into anything...multipurpose with several choices.

Went to a high school graduation and thw sound system left a lot to be desired. It was very garbled. We could not hear much of anything that was said.

Plenty of parking, choices of food, and available seating make this stadium a great place to watch a game or take part in an event.

Seats way too small and compact. Too many people in row. No room to exit. Such poor signage that tons of people end up in wrong seats causing chaos 20 minutes into show. People allowed to enter late disrupting view. Ushers dont help. $15 cotton candy.

I saw the quarterfinals college basketball game there. Great seats I love the game Reno vs Boise

Went there for a convention and we could see it from our hotel

All good seats good game, music, energy but game halted by earthquake no problems exiting to safety.

Went to a couple of events here. Not a bad seat in the house viewing wise. Sound and light system are good Minus a star for the seats. Too cramped for a big guy or even a midsized person. After the event there is only one Hall where everyone empties out too. It's way too packed. Can't comment on parking took a cab.

There are plenty of bigger venues in the city that handle traffic for big events much more efficiently. I have experienced this multiple times. The traffic staff is rude and not very knowledgeable. I wouldn't be writing this if it didn't happen all the time.

Great location for sports events. Conveniently located in Vegas. Half hour walk to the strip and Casinos

Getting in is very, very difficult. Getting out is easy. Why must all visitors enter by the back door ? We live on the other side of Eastern from the T & M.

Great. We are in high seats up in the balcony a we still had a really good view.

Excellent site for events of great importance, clean and tidy. Comfortable linking with a very careful public service. I congratulate you for your organization !!!!!

Nice facility, free parking. Attended NBA Summer League here. Great value if you like hoop!

So much room between the seats I could take a nap and the seats were comfortable

I've been there for the World Cup Finals in 2009 and 2015, and I had a blast!

Rodeo in December and NBA in July. Good event venue though the parking situation can vary wildly and was terribly managed for uber/lyft pick up after the Rodeo. It was a free for all mess. UNLV could spend some of that premium $$ these events bring and invest in a parking lot upgrade and better signage/strategy for clearing people out efficently.
