ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! THEY TERRIBLY ABUSE ANIMALS! I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE NO ONE TO GO HERE!

Show was good as expected. Hot in there. Thank goodness I wasn t bundled as it was cold outside. Downfall was the concession. Nothing on menu as advertised. Lines were slow super slow. My 10-yr-old said the funnel cake wasn t good.

Animal abuse PETA has advised that animals are harmed

I dont know where to begin to explain how great this show is. From beginning to end, the animal acts, the dancing, the crowd participation, it's all wonderful!

There is no other cicus like the Universoul circus. Amazing entertainment. Will definitely attend again next year.

Save your money. I have attended this circus every year since 2010. This was the worst year by far. No elephants or tigers. Acts kept messing up on stunt. Definitely not geared towards younger kids. My toddler said he never wants to go back. I asked him why he stated it was boring and he didn't like them dancing the whole time. I agree it was not entertaining. He only liked the motor bikes. And one act isn't enough reason to pay $72 for 2 tickets. And half of the seat were empty which is crazy because the location site this year is half the size of last years location.

Great circus ! Very good performers - but , i noticed that the performers are not safe enough ... they are not attached to anything in case something happens ...scary :/ .
No need of camels of zebras ... literally they were out for 5 minutes...
The performers are all out of this world ! - the end and the message from the circus is very touching - performers from all over the world :) loved it !

It was a good show but on my way out. There was a bug in my snowcone. Please check that out.

I normally try to go to see this circus each year it comes to town but they will NEVER get my business again! They are refusing to refund money during Cov-19 & They stop responding to emails! Refund our money!!!

Excellent! I saw their clown Onion Head at Kings Plaza Mall in Brooklyn and he was great! He did all kinds of magic. I can't wait to see the show on Thursday!

My 2 year old and I had alot of fun. We had box office seats which turned out to be the downfall actually. They did some setting up in that area for some acts and some of the horse hair got in our funnel cake. Guess we were Too close!

I've been going to the circus all of my life. Over 4 decades and I can never, ever remember enjoying myself the way I did tonight. This is my first time at Universoul Circus.?It brought the child out in me for real. It was all walks of life there in the audience as well. Pure enjoyment.

Hands down the best show I ever been too!!!!!! Very entertaining.! I can't believe I never took my boys! We'll be going back next year!

Close this place down! Stop the cruelty! They are wild Animals, not sideshows for us to stare at as they re being whipped and tortured to do crazy tricks they were not born to do! Leave them in their natural habitat! UniverSoul needs to stop the inhumane torturing! It s truly sickening how animals get abused and get beaten into submission.

If I could give no stars then I would, we purchased our tickets back in March and they refuse to give us our money back eventhough there's a pandemic going on! Give us our money back...enough already!

This was my first time attending and it was phenomenal. I've been to the Ringling Brothers Circus for years and simply cannot compare the experience. They both have different styles, but I give a BIG standing ovation to the Universoul Circus. Definitely will be going back. I wish I could experience it all over again! Great for all ages and cultures.

I wish I could give this more stars as it looks fun and a circus can always be a magical time for children and adults. However they need to stop using animals for their acts because we cannot continue to abuse animals for the amusement of the crowd anymore. I m sure people would still attend shows to see the amazingly talented young people doing their acrobats, but the poor animals have no choice and its not fair they should be free to live out their days not like a slave.

THE SHOW WAS OUTSTANDING!!! I attend last week at the Brooklyn location & the Usher Shana Curry was very helpful to me & my family needs.

I took my grandson he really enjoyed it this is the second time I took my oldest grandson 5yrs he love it to and I love it can't wait for next year to go again have a safe trip traveling

From the very beginning it was an exciting, family fun, crowd participation and top entertainment experience !!
The second portion started off good but the conclusion was nothing short of a subtil method to indoctrinate our children by have them to stand up and pledge to be part of the course of this world.
As a Jew this is highly offensive to us because our only pledge goes to our GOD ONLY..
It would be best to stick to entrainment. After all that's what we pay for which is your area of expertise .

It is a great circus. There is a feeling of happiness and warmth when I see it. I have been twice this year. I love seeing the animals in the show. The animals look healthy. Their coats are healthy looking. However I have seen videos showing lions in cages. One of the lion s paw was stuck. I did not see lions in the circus. After seeing the videos I changed my mind about them being part of the circus. The circus would still be great without them. Maybe the animals should not be in the circus anymore. I plan on going when the circus is in my area again.

We went to the evening show this past Sunday at Sam Houston Race Park in Houston,TX and had a GREAT time! Parking was efficient and well organized, very friendly staff throughout entire process from parking lot attendant, ticket admittance, to seat ushers. They are covid-19 prepared with hand washing stations, seat sanitizer stations and social distancing. Before starting the show, they said a prayer over their performers and then prayed over all of us attending. They also spoke about unity, love all and peace, no matter race, religion or any difference between one another. It was truly beautiful and very uplifting. Their performers are AMAZING! Beautiful costumes, authentic dance, brave stunts including trapeze, tight wire, horse riding, acrobat, motorcycle jumping and stilt walking! There were a few times that we watched with held breath and wide eyes, the stunts are that spectacular! They also sprinkle in some comedy, audience participation and good humor into the mix. The music is hype, fun and we were stomping the ground, clapping our hands and dancing with staff and those seated near by! Great show and I highly recommend attending, we had a wonderful time!!

Called several times and got hung up on every single time. In fact, the lady on the other side was laughing at my issue. Terrible customer service, do not recommend.

I have been attend the UniverSoul Circus since I was a child & wanted my son to enjoy it as well but due to Covid it had to be canceled but it has been over 6 months since the postponement & still no word on cancellations and refunds. Because of this I will no purchase a ticket to this circus ever again in the case that this may happen again. Very disappointing!

Elephants should be in the wild, not circus performers. Very sad, very cruel.

The show was great. I wish they understood that the audience hates seeing terrified animals do tricks. Its depressing in 2019 really. The horses literally turned their heads away from the ring leader with the whip upon entering the ring. Great acts but the animal abuse makes it not a pleasant experience.

They are refusing to refund everyone's money back even though there is a very Dangerous Pandemic going on. They refuse to respond to the customer, but responds to the bank so the customer is UNABLE to get there money back ! They are going to lose ALOT of business !!

Horrible customer service. Shows across the country have been cancelled by state officials & they still refuse refunds. Totally unprofessional & you won t reach anybody from their team.

They refuse to communicate, they refuse refunds & state all shows will be rescheduled when there s a worldwide pandemic. Ghetto operation that I wouldn t recommend to anyone. I say this as a black man.

I use to bring my children every yr and we never was disappointed. Now I'm bringing my grandson son and so far he hasn't been disappointed. My children are grown now and still look forward to when the show comes to town.

I'd give zero stars if it was thing! Lack of effective communication and customer service during this new normal for the world is going to ruin this company. We deserve a refund! I will never support this company again.

As of 2017? By far the best under tent circus I've ever attended. No lag in excitement. Would recommend everyone attend this event at least once and you will crave for the next following year. Would give it more stars but 5+ hands down yo. Like candy folks!!!

This was my first time going to the UniverSoul Circus... I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I had more fun than my children did. It lasted for 2 hours.. I initially expected it to be longer than that, but 2 hours was enough for me.... It was an experience :-)

I enjoyed last year's performance
This year I realized they did some different things. The Asian girls dancing weren't there anymore instead it was a team of asain men and boys. They were awesome but some young ones fell but I'm so proud of the adults they caught them super fast no injuries.
I also noticed the first dancers who go under the fire didn't dance as long as they did last year. And I also liked that once people were done they would come put and sit with th3 crowd but some need to be more friendlier.
I am proud I got to congratulate two of them. One was the tall skinny man who twist his body he was very friendly and the other was the young lady who balanced herself on the ropes with beams. Overall it was very nice no animals next time more thrill. Idk if it bring my daughter cause music was loud maybe as they get older it will be nicer for them

Hey guys, NO MORE ANIMALS!!!! Stop trying to make a quick buck from animal abuse. You are all talented enough to come up with more music, acrobats etc and stop using animals for any entertainment. When the animals go, we ll think about supporting you!

I went to the UNIVERSOUL CIRCUS in about 1990 in Miami. I enjoyed seeing the ANIMALS. So Icould not wait to take my grandchildren and great grand daughter this past Sunday. Half way through the show my 2 year old great grand asked for my phone to watch a movie. She was bored. There was 22 person (I convinced to attend) in our party and 13 of that was kids.ranging in age 2-15. If you can't hold the attention of a two year old that's bad. I was disappointed. We had to entertain the five 2 year olds. I could have stayed home for that. Not what I thought it would be. Had I known, I like the animals (tigers not camels and zebras, really). If I wanted to see a dance show my 15 year granddaughter dances. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

It was soooo much fun and it's 4 all people from all around the world not jus people of color smh but me n my kids laughed and danced we enjoyed ourselves. Well go back every year...

I want to give this circus 5 stars so bad. Because honestly this circus was incredible and an absolute blast to attend. The music, the energy, the talent and most importantly the people!!! They are an absolute blast and you can feel all the love and hard work they have put into the show.. However this circus needs some updating to get with the times. Animal abuse is not cool and though I can see the animal trainers love their animals the only word for what these animals are going through is abuse. Elephants should not be giving rides to anybody let alone ten people and a huge contraption at once. Stop making wild animals do tricks. We saw the tigers for five seconds before they disappeared and in those 5 seconds (not an exaggeration it was maybe less) they were clearly distraught and agitated. How can you keep caged animals for years for such a useless part of the show. WHY!! The only exception was the dogs working with their owner and daughter who clearly was participating for fun and enjoyed the training was fun to watch. Such a shame that so much talent energy and love from these performers will eventually go to waste because the owners refuse to evolve. These animal attractions might make you a quick buck now but over time ignorance will die down and you will lose customers because they have evolved to know what is right and wrong. Times are changing. I hope you make your changes sooner rather than later because this show can 100 percent thrive without the animal abuse. I wish to enjoy another when wild animals are no longer a part of the act.

What a Great Circus so Much Fun !!! I am from NY and it was Memoriak Day Weekend and I googled something to do with My Daughter so happy I went we Loed it Great Idea ! Fun and the Animald were kept beautiful ! Keep that Nice Event as It is ! Highly recommended !

They need to stop using animals during their performances! It's abuse.

Show was postponed in March due to Covid. Did not recieved no new date and was told they don't issue refunds. Why would i want to put me and my family in a situation like that, in time like this. Always wanted to go to the show but after this experience, i will never go to the show

Helpless animals being whipped to force them to perform. I was told no animals. Had to leave in tears after seeing the camels, dogs, and horses being abused. Disgusting form of "entertainment".

Definitely haveee to go! Loved it . 1 yr olds and up should go.. recommend having you child have a nap before coming or else they will miss everything lol. My 23 month old had a blast and danced most of the night

I drove two hours from South Carolina just to attend the show in Raleigh for the first time and I had an amazing time!! All of the artists/performers were incredible along with the hosts. They heavily interact with the audience, they keep everyone involved so you will not feel out of place even if you were to attend the show solo. I wish them all continued success and I will most definitely be back in 2018 or if they come to Columbia, SC later this year. A show worth seeing at least once in your lifetime!!

I try to support this circus every couple of years by bringing my family..although there are some hit and miss moments...we typically enjoy it..

From the 1st time I saw this awesome Circus with my 20 something nieces and nephews as children at Capital Plaza in Maryland it was love at 1st sight. Now I'm planning to take great nieces and nephews to an experience of a lifetime!
