Incredibility Rude, felt unwelcome and treated like an idiot

No forecast in terms of when they will submit your case even though everything they requested was provided for more than 3 weeks, can't get response in weeks, when you called the attorney is always with client so sorry can't take your call, when leave a message never called back.

They are professionals, they know what they are doing.

When you are choosing this company for your service you made a bad decision in your life. I am a victim and i would give a strong recommend. Say NO with this company sine beginning if you do not want to waste your money and your time. What you get from this company is anger and disappointed. I have service for EB3 and starting with smooth with the guy Johnny, to get a labour certificated than he ask for 4.990 usd for premium service processing fee for I140, than he noted the labour certificated was lost during sending out. Than he asked for a copy. It take 10 months for asking a copy but nothing happen. At the beginning he still reply to me after few time request, but after that no more. My asking like talk to the rock.
One more time say NO with Lau & Choi, I warn you
