University physician associates

University Health Physicians do not even deserve one star. I ve tried calling and getting ahold of people regarding billing and insurance claims for over a week. I ve called multiple times left multiple messages and have not even received a phone call back. Is this how you treat your patients??? Do not even care about they just send a bill and can t even speak to them regarding questions. This is poor service and unacceptable! You as a health care provider company should be ashamed of yourself.

Was in and out my appointment on time even when I was running a little late because of my rides

Their Hepatobilliary Surgeon, Dr. Johnston is amazing! He literally saved my life. He's compassionate, knowledgeable, and always put me at ease.

We were referred to deliver here by our doctors in Kansas, due to the high risk genetic heart condition (pro longed QT syndrome, which 3 of here sibling died from ad children) my wife has. We go there, we deliver and they had no idea my wife had this heart condition. It's a 3 hour drive to kc from where we live. we drove up there every week for 3 months talking about the care she and the baby was supposed to get for thier condition. Yet somehow they were unaware. When they were informed that the babies lives are in danger and need to be seen by a cardiologist immediately after birth, they said ok tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning Comes, they yet again tell me the cardiologist is too busy tomorrow. I had the baby transferred to children's mercy after that where they were takin care of. Not to mention on multiple occasions for appointments they brought us into bloody rooms.

I have been going here for all my medical services for years and they have always been thorough and professional. If not for the care that I have received and the constantly evolving technology that they employ I would have succumbed to my illness by now.

Only go bc with state insurance, ur limited on who & where u can go

The worst hospital I've ever stepped foot in. They have zero cares or concerns for their patients and destroyed my life. The student who tried to put my IV in missed my veins prior to surgery causing me to be placed in ICU for three days. If a student can't even do the most simple of requirements to be a nurse she needs to be finding another career path. In the health care profession it is to take care of those in pain. I recieved the most horrible care I've ever dealt with in my life
