If I could give this no stars I would. I bought my car at United Nissan in 2018 brand new. Salesman was very helpful in helping me find something suitable for my family. But that was the ONLY good experience I ve had with them. Since then I ve had my oil changed here and each time I make early appointments cause I usually have other things to do through the day. The first oil change I had done here I waited for well over THREE HOURS for just the oil change. And today (3-12-2019) I came back for a 10:30am appointment to get just the oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it ll be about 30 minutes....It is now nearly 1:00pm and I m STILL WAITING for my car. The place is terrible i will NOT be coming back for any more service from this dealership whether it be for a new car or future car service. I will spend my money else where. I give this place a 0 out of 10 rating. Horrible service.

My family and I bought 3 cars from this dealership. After the purchase I had to call them to find out where my white slip was as my temp was expiring within the week. They have a referral program, its been 2 months and I still havent recieved my checks and I have called numerous times to find out where they are and keep being told to call back tje next week. I was also hassled to schedule a 1000 mile oil change for 1 month even though i told them that i would contact them when i got to that point. Very pushy and bad customer service.

It was a positive experience. I was explained what was needed to keep my van running good and also keep my warranty valid. Was it more expensive than going to other shops? Yes, but I feel they're more honest at the dealership where people actually know these cars than somebody who gets forced to sell services even if they are not needed.

Don't believe the obviously faked and strong armed reviews, DO NOT BUY HERE AND DO NOT WORK HERE. I left as soon as I could, they lie about comissions and earnings and will falsify your address and your W-2s, they kept a 1/3rd of my federal tax collected and reported the remainder the IRS. Who is also being notified. There are several options for you to purchase or work for, go there.

We purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue, the team of customer service and sales reps were extremely professional and helpful. They were very mindful of our needs and our time. We got exactly what we wanted financially and more. Big thank you to Eugenio, Demetre, Cody and Nick jr. Best team ever....

From initial problems at the get go with incorrect phone numbers and messages being left on other people cell phones.. And at variety of other mis- communications I would never recommend this dealership. As of 2 DAYS ago....I received and appreciate the movie tickets. Don't know if I can use the $75 service credit on accessories/parts, as this was quite the distance from my home, I called to see if I could order something over the phone and was told no by the parts department.. I'm updating my review per my initial response. The dealership has contacted me a number of times to help with the situation. Since I was unable to go to the dealership to use the $75 I was given, They went out of their way to take pictures of the items in the accessories department- I was then able to choose what I wanted and they kindly delivered it to my door step. I then reached out to Nissan corporation to see what they would do to handle the CVT /transmission issues, Pretty much NOTHING if you were out of warranty. Nevertheless.. I am moving forward with a lawsuit. *Thank United Nissan for trying to help in a difficult situation.

We're do I start...sold my first car, use that as down payment of $1400 November 9 found a 2009 Nissan CR-V something I was looking for, so I can build my credit. payments were decent. Left there excited! Two weeks later I get a call telling me that the finance company would not work with me on the CR-V or I had to put $2000 more which I couldn't do.so I decided to get my money back from the down payment and they kept making excuses saying that one of the three persons to sign the check, saying that she didn't just show up 2days in a row. The other dealership that I was talking to would not work with me because I was still with united Nissan. Well come to find out that the online sales manager from centennial Toyota use the work way back with the sales manager from united. November 21 came in to drop my car off and get the money back. No money and no car Stranded in Vegas ( I live a hour a way for Vegas ) missing a day of work. Next day I need a vehicle badly and united new that I was also going out of town that day. They found a vehicle for me a 2014 Nissan versa the payments were higher the only positive is after a year I can maybe trade in and,get a CR-V again.

I took my car in to the dealership on 6/18/2016 after receiving a safety recall for my 2015 Sentra. When I showed up I was told there is nothing they can do because the part is on backorder and there is no way for them to know when the parts will be available. I was told the car is perfectly safe to drive and I can continue to call periodically to see if the necessary parts have arrived. I asked them if they would be willing to keep the car since there was a safety recall and according to the notice the car is not safe, again I was told no they could not help. I refuse to give this place my service, my money or my recommendation. I will tell everyone about this horrible service. They deserve 0 stars.

I made my appointment for my Hybrid Nissan to do a car check and Oil change, so dropped my car off 2 days later the service tech said they were busy and only have ONE TECH is working O.M.G. we're in trouble. It's not that big deal people it's just you guys are lazy. So the tech findins were the voltage battery needs to replace " false information " The service tech called me to pick up the car cuz it's ready when I got there my car was in the driveway not watched. Looked at my invoice it was a charge of $110 for comp. Analysis which I don't have the print out for, and the fees for Oil change was higher than the dealers Web site, the service tech guy I have his name REFUSED to give the offer was posted on the web and his answer was that "I" have to print the voucher to him to honor the special OIL change offer. Told you... just lazy people!

Worst place to ever buy a car sold me a car that has so many problems in clouding gas leaking in to my air vents and they won't fix it or they tell me there's nothing they can do then to make things worse try to sell me a car that's more expensive By 200$ extra a month not only that several recalls on the vehicle plus they new about the recalls prior to selling the vehicle are you kidding me? Ridiculous! I hope this place not only gets investigated but shut down I almost crashed my car twice because of the gas fumes and dose United Nissan care? hell no they wouldn't do anything to fix it. Fox 5 news please expose these guys for the thieves they are.

If you are unfortunate enough to buy a car from these guys don't count on their service guys coming through. Nearly ruined my entire vehicle because they don't have a single qualified mechanic on their team who can pull a disstick and check fluid levels. Never again.

I bought my car here months ago and went back for a tune up/oil change. Greg helped me and he was really nice and explained everything to me before starting. I decided to wait since it was only going to take an hour and they have a cute little coffee shop and TV area for customers while you wait. The Santa Claus movie was playing so I was pretty entertained actually. The whole experience went really smooth and they even washed my car for me. The energy at the dealership was really upbeat. The day I went in they announced to all of their employees that they were named the #1 Volume Dealer in the World and everyone was clapping and cheering and they celebrated with the staff and had a whole BBQ set-up for them. That seemed really nice and I could tell that the vibe of the whole team was more like a family as appose to snake salesman. Overall I have no complaints and only good things to say :)

I saw a listing online for a 2013 mustang GT 500 and I called United Nissan, spoke to Pablo and asked if the car was available which he said yes so I asked if I could come over and see it. He said I'll have the keys ready for when you come over. So I drove 15 miles to the dealership and found Pablo, the car was locked so he went inside to get the keys and came back saying that his boss took the keys for all the expensive cars (which makes no sense). I'd like to mention I drove in with an expensive car, basically these guys made me drive all the way from the other side of town wasting my time to not even be able to see the car inside. On a side note I looked online for other gt500 in similar conditions and this car is overpriced by 8k. If you want to waste your time go to United Nissan.

Best service advisor, hands down, is Paul! He always makes sure my car is running at its best and works to make it affordable as well. I ONLY come to Paul and United Nissan for work on my car and I will continue to throughout the life of my Altima.

Great service department. Only do what s necessary not that constant up sell that is common in this industry. The waiting area is very nice. The employees are all very friendly and professional. My service rep Larry was very focused on delivering excellent customer service and I appreciated it.

I brought my Nissan Rouge in for service last year. I was informed that it needed a new transmission and there was a factory defect in the transmission for my year and it would be replaced for free. GREAT right no!!! A few weeks later the under body shield fell off, than I started to hear noises, but they would come and go the engine light did not come on so I didn't worry about it. Well I should of because in the year since I got the transmission fixed the car has started to fall apart!! The front lower arm bushings were separated and loose, both inner CV boots are leaking, the front sub-frame bushings are cracked and collapsed so the motor mounts are no good. My car was great until United Nissan Service Center put in a new transmission. The car has less than 63,000 miles I am disabled and do not drive much. How can a car fall apart in less than 500 miles?? Every thing that went wrong with this car was something they has to take off to replace the transmission. Now I am disabled and have a car I can't drive all because of a transmission that was faulty

It wasn't the customer service from Nick jr. This place would get Negative three stars. First you have to wait for 6 to 7 hours to get a vehicle and then have to wait about 3 weeks to find out if you can keep the vehicle. And when you find out that they could not approve you which is no big deal you receive your old car with dents in the back from them backing it up into another vehicle. When confronted about it you're asked to leave your vehicle with the dealership for numerous days in order to fix it.

Service advisor was very misleading. Telling me that the replacement knob to adjust the seat was $81which I had to pay in advance. When I had time to review the receipt, I found out that the knob cost $14.99 and labor for $67.50. This is highway robbery because you don't need special instruments to put this in. All you need to do is pop it in which was what my husband did after I demanded my refund.

Was told I was approved on the 5th of August only to be told August 24th they couldn t approve me and I needed to return the car after adding it to my insurance and dropping the 2000$ down payment their customer service skills are lacking and they lied to my face on 3 different occasions @ this point I m glad the car is being returned so I don t have to deal with the shady part only god knows what could go wrong in this contract after dealing with these guys I d be scared to take it to be fixed @ their shop also after breaking a signed agreement it s a blessing in disguise

Every time I attempt to make an appointment to get my car serviced, the appointment magically disappears from their system. It s either that or the person I had the appointment with did not work that day. I mean if he didn t work that day, then why schedule people! Also, when ever it is time to go service my car, they have their front desk person (or whoever makes appointments) call, set up an appointment, and then state that she/he will call a day in advance to confirm. They usually never call.

Rockie the service writer was good however I still don't have a clear explanation of why my car that have 36k needed the transmission to be changed already, if I didn't have warranty I would of been in a bad situation and that's not right or good customer experience.

1 review 5.0 star rating 2/20/2017 I had an issue with a salesman at United Nissan and Mr. Voss the GM went out of his way to not only correct the issue, but to completely turn things around. You can not judge a business by the transgressions of an individual but by the integrity and professionalism of its entirety I am now and will be in the future a very happy customer : ) THANK YOU UNITED NISSAN!

The Bluetooth in my 2017 Altima would reset every time I would turn off the car. When I would turn the car on, I would need to go back into the Bluetooth settings to turn it on. I brought my car in for its regular service and mentioned it to the service advisor. He stated that it need to be updated and proceeded with the update. Picked up the car, and the Bluetooth still will not connect automatically. Notified service advisor, he stated that he needed to order a new radio and that it will be in in 2 weeks. A month and a half goes by, I call and again he tells me 2 weeks. 2 weeks comes and I schedule to bring the car. I was told that they would need my car for half a day. dropped my car off at 7 AM, called to check on the car around 1 and was told that now the car will be ready till 4. Bottom line......the problem was not resolve. I was told that this problem will be under further review. It has now been 3 months and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. I will not recommend this service department to anyone.

I am so thankful for this dealership. I had a tire slashed with locked lug nuts and Emmanuel was fantastic. He went out of his way to explain my options, gave me the best price possible, and calmed me down. I really needed him today and he came through for me. Thank God. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thank you Manny.

If you want to be ripped off by a vehicle repair shop, make sure you call these people. They are without scruples and the reason repair shops get a bad reputation. Too bad the Nissan people have no control over these crooks. If they have a service "advisor" it means a service "seller'' and they work on commission so be ready to be sold services you do not need.

My experience was awesome... I was being helped by phone and email which is better for me since I'm disabled. Thought I was getting a 2010 car and left with a 2014 car. Awesome! better gas efficiency also. It works great cause they were able to help me rebuild my credit which is a major plus. I have purchased 2 other Nissan's years ago from United Nissan and I have always been treated fair and excellent. Although the process took longer than I thought and what my body could handle, I'm very much clearly satisfied and would refer and recommend others to go to United Nissan to purchase a vehicle

Went online to dealership, put in request for internet pricing on few vehicles, was contacted, we sent VIN#/payoff etc on trade in. We filled out credit apps even. Internet manager sent email stating few days ago he was working on a deal, he asked if we wanted 2017/2018, 2wd/4wd etc. answered his questions, has been since last weekend that we put in the info for new vehicle, still haven't heard another word on numbers/deal/etc. I don't think this is how you treat customers. Disrespect/rudeness/unprofessionalism/ isn't working.

Recently visited the service department. Roque was the advisor who helped me with my titan. He is beyond friendly and courteous. I was even offered a rental while my vehicle was being serviced. That helped me a lot because I was able to continue with my day. In the past times I've also waited for my vehicle and I feel very comfortable in their lounge and I even get to drink my coffee. :)

Friday, 22 November 2019: On Saturday, On Saturday, 16 November 2019, I drove my old red Dodge Neon with over two hundred thousand miles to Las Vegas to meet my female friend, retired army Captain from Fort Irwin Army base. One of my brothers live in LVN. I was not planning to buy a car until after all holidays were over. My plan was to look at Honda, Nissan and Toyota, but only after the new year for my daily use vehicle and only use my six year old Mercedes for weekends only. My brother wanted to look at GMC trucks that night. Afterwards, I saw United Nissan and drove there. Upon my brother and I arrival, I was immediately greeted by a nice Latino man of PR, Nick Valenzuela. He showed me around. He was quick and eager to get me to buy a vehicle. Then I met his direct manager, Garrett Morgan. Garrett has a great sense of humor, easy going. Finally after I decided to buy a car, which was Not in my original plan that night, I then met Nick Vosdoganis junior, Leticia G and Yareli, also nice. The only thing, it took so long and we all wanted to go home since they close at 22:00 and the time was after 23:00. Garrett and team was good, but the best ever was the head G.M, Mr. Nicholas Vosdoganis senior. He deserves the highest praise. Just based on Nick senior and Garrett, I recommended my army co-worker and her husband who will be buying a truck soon and they are willing to drive from California to Nevada for great service. Two Thumbs up to all.
