This insurance company is basically a scam. They're doing whatever they can to not cover my roof. I've gotten multiple bids and quotes from experts on my roof need repairs and how much it would cost. Yet they always send they're own people to look at it, and I never get any information on what they say about it. They just send their findings to the insurance company. Literally won't cover anything.

I have dealt with this company A LOT and the have great service and are very nice to deal with. I've noticed some negative comments but I strongly disagree with them, they have always provided excellent customer service for myself and my friends that are insured with them.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed
Had damage on roof and they would only cover one side the roof is 20 years old and impossible to match. They were very rude and told me they didnt care if the sides of my roof matched . Sad company

Such a disappointment. Had a water pipe break, which flooded a room in my basement, and I immediately called insurance. It took them 5 days to call me back and tell me they won t cover it. 5 days without water and counting (until I fix it myself apparently). I had to call multiple times a day and left messages with no call back, only to finally have someone tell me they won t cover the cause , just damages. So they treat the symptoms, but won t count out the cancer. I m not sure why I pay for insurance then. As long as they get their premium money, they don t care. They re certainly in no hurry, that s for sure. Wish there was a zero star option.

My experience with United First Heritage was extremely disappointing. I was supposed to receive a call from them about an individual that hit my wife and they never called so I called them. When I called them I was put on hold for a solid 20 min and the automated voice said it'll take two minutes. Not to mention she said that every 20 secs. Once I was able to talk to a customer service agent she answered the phone half asleep and wasn't helpful at all. She took my info and then transferred me to another lady who transferred me to a voicemail. Now I'm calling once again and I've been on the line for 16 min. This is embarrassing for those that have this company ensure anything.

LOVE THIS COMPANY! I have insured my home and auto through United Heritage Property & Casualty Company for over 10 years. I have always had wonderful dealings with them whether it was policy premium questions or the very unexpected hail damage to my vehicle, this company ALWAYS has treated me respectfully. Their claim staff is very knowledgeable and they operate with integrity. I may be one of the few who actually reads their policies, so I have a good idea regarding what my policies cover and what they don t and feel this also has contributed to my overall positive experience.
