United Disposal is a FANTASTIC company. They have not raised the prices in years. The truck always arrives in a timely manner and you never have to guess when your trash will be picked up because they offer a schedule that is flawless. They will always stop and pick up any trash that accidentally falls out of your trash bin or is stolen out by the ravens. The drivers always wave to my 3 year old son who adores trash trucks. They also offer recycling at a very inexpensive price to help make the planet better for all of us.

Service terminated for non-payment. No bill received. Blamed post office. 6 months later same, "Will call if we don't receive payment." Extra trips to lug bags to curb. Service terminated next billing cycle, no bill, no phone call. Bye.

Horrible. We canceled the acct after only one week. They missed pick up on Week #1, then wouldn't credit me for that week saying they would pick up twice on week #2. What? We don't need pick up twice in one week - simply wanted credit for services not rendered but already paid for in advance. Lady on phone wouldn't even let me talk - RUDE. I recommend Patriot Disposal.

Had very few problems when we lived there. We moved in October and I called to have them pick up the trash can. It is now January and I got a letter saying my account is over due and they will be calling collections if I don't pay soon. They didn't mention missing payments when I called to cancel the account. I have not received any other communications. Not a call or a letter. I settled the account and just let it be but I am furious. You settle an account when it is being closed. And if it hasn't been settled you contact the person by phone! My mail has been being forwarded since BEFORE I moved. There is not reason for me to get a letter threatening collections.

Would definitely recommend going with another company... Like PATRIOT. Worst costumer service from owner Jared and office staff Peggy Menlove. I could write a small book on all the bad exsperiance with this trash co. CALL PATRIOT FOR BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER RATES!!

Customer service is inadequate, subpar compared to their competitor . I pay my bill yearly, but did not receive a bill this year. A whole month went by, they continued to pick up my trash and on 2/8/18 my trash was never picked up. I phoned the company and I was told I never paid my bill. How do I pay my bill when I never received one? So they are charging me for trash never being picked up on 2/8/2018. The reason I continue to have this trash company pick up my trash, not because of customer service or service but I like the time of day they pick up my trash, otherwise, I would go with there competitor whose customer service ranks above this company. This company if you miss taking out the trash the day of service the competitor will come back and pick up your trash, not this company, they will tell you it is up to the driver and the driver does not accommodate you.

Worst trash company ever DO NOT USE THEM.. we asked them to quit backing up our uphill driveway they were tearing it up with There big trucks they said no we have 2 take the trash can at the other end of our property which we do not have a driveway there. they are a trash company they should not have to tell their customers to put their trash can in a different place then the driveway worst trash company ever this is a warning do not become one of their customers you will be very unhappy I suggest Wingfield trash company they are very sWeet and give us Christmas cards every year me and my husband will be going back to Winfield

Horrible service. Driver dumps the cans sideways and whatever has trickled out of the can goes into the road. He watches this happen and doesn't do anything about it. Truck numbers ending in 8512. I followed him in the truck to see if he did this same thing to the more well to do areas and a can tipped over, the passenger in the truck...got out and picked it up. We live in a manufactured home area and they dont care obviously. He has left trash blowing all over the neighborhood. It's horrible for the environment. I'm calling the county today as I know many people there. This is an abuse of a paid service. Horrible service and i have to continue for another month because I prepaid. Don't use this company. I called and left two complaints a nothing was done to effectively fix this problem. Excuses were made. They asked me things like, "did you tie up all your garbage?" Of course I did. I am the vice president of an environmental agency here in Arizona in which I will not mention...due to possible incrimination. This company is a WASTE company and DOESN'T care about waste flying all over our beautiful state? What a total disgrace!!!!! I'm old and can't pick up the garbage everytime they dump it over. I'm very disappointed.

Very courteous and conscientious workers. When a neighbor improperly secured their trash, United men picked it up and placed back in can. In my previous city that would have never happened. United's rates are reasonable.

used for years no problems - when we moved we got mixed up on which was recycle week they went out of their way & came got our recycle can anyway

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called multiple times asking them to please stop using my property to turn around in as it put huge ruts directing water flow to my yard and flooding me out. They insisted I never called. After numerous attempts, they said they would handle it. They handled it by cancelling my service and telling me they canceled because they can.

Great company and very nice office ladies! If you pay your bill, you probably won t have any problems! Always trying to help and do a fine service.

We have been using this company 2017 and have no issues. Our drivers prompt and never missed our dumpster. We highly this company. Prices are fair. We appreciate the service they provide us. After this positive review, there rates jumped. The service didnt improve or didn't get newer containers just an increase.

I have had United Disposal for several years. Occasionally I put out something that does not fit in the receptical provided and have even put out an extra container on occasion. The driver has ALWAYS picked it up. I know this is above and beyond so I do it very seldom but I appreciate this company and their service. They are dependable always here the day they are scheduled.

Great customer service, when I call the office I feel like I'm talking to a neighbor not a business that is too busy for it's customers. They always tell the customers their holiday schedule so there isn't any guess work on when your trash will be picked up. Great people to work with!

Service has been fine now, in the beginning it was a little shakey.only problem now sometimes the driver drives a little fast on our Lane.

Had united for years. Recently, customer service is horrible and management follows. Very rude ladies in that office. Would recommend going elsewhere. If I could pick no stars, I would.

We are new to the area, a friend recommended United and we couldn't be more pleased! The ladies in the office have been Incredible and Carl has been so helpful when dropping cans off !! So grateful for the promptness, kindness and efficiency of everyone at United so far!!!!

today i was called by united disposal and asked to put my garbage on the west side of the road. in front of my neighbors yard,so it would be more convenient for the driver to come down the road and pick up garbage from one side of the road ,on a dead end street, then back up into traffic for an entire block. also then back through an intersection to turn around and leave.when all they have to do is turn around at end of the street and be on there way.I don't think anybody is thinking about the public's safety when they instruct a garbage truck driver to do such an unsafe thing in my community,leaving everyone on mine and connecting streets at risk.

DO NOT use these people- I rented a dumpster for yard cleanup. Had the lady there get all nasty when I paid before they delivered. THEY left it out here for months after the 60 days and never came picked it up. I called them twice and then after finally receiving a bill in the mail for extra" dumpster rental" when it was them who never picked it up I went back once again to their office. They said it was MY fault for not calling them back again until it was picked up when they clearly state it's for 60 days when you pay up front. The office people there are rude and have horrible attitudes and I will NEVER do business with them again. Most of the people that live down here are switching to Discount because they actually have decent customer service.

Have a dumpster and a gated property. The driver has to get out of the truck to open or close gate. Never a complaint, always reliable. Have been their customer for may years.

We have been customers for 15 yrs. Their prices have only gone up once and their service is outstanding. They also have recycle bins which I'm so grateful for. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I ve used United Disposal for 1.5 years since I moved to Arizona and I have absolutely no complaints. Their customer service is always friendly and competent. They always remove my trash in time. They had to call me one time because I didn t place my trash container correctly and they were very nice about it. I have no complaints and highly recommend United Disposal!
