For fresher's good place to work but not for experienced candidates...

Very rude manager interview after final round they rejected not say valid reason dont wast your time a full day

Bad experience. Even after going before time for walkin interview they sent candidates away. Didn't expect this from axa.

Red alert for pursuing CA,CMA candidates...HR asks to come Interview,but interviewer don't entertain backlog pending candidates.
Think well before wasting 2-3 hrs.
Arrogant attitude of interviewer.

Axa is a global insurance company. You can apply for finance, accounting, insurance etc. Salary packages are good.

Hardly you will get 12k for production related work doesn't matter u hold experience or not .. not a good place for experienced people

It's good place but their employees are very bad they think they the CEO of the company they took the interview on the prospect that they don't want to hire do anything what you can but they don't have capabilities to took the interview.

It's okay I guess you can get a new one for the first time in the morning and then you can do it again soon as possible so I have a good time to get a chance to work with the firm of US process in pune Maharashtra

Work environment is the best combined with work-life balance.

Its an organisation. It is good in standard, the firm provides you good salary and good environment for job. It is one of the leading MNC in Pune City. It is related to commerce background. So those who are looking for job. The must have visit there. The timing for interview is Monday to Thursday till 11AM.

Worst Management. Poor Ethics. They fire 15 percent employees every year. Worst office building ever seen ever in my life once there was pipe burst on first floor so whole floor was filled with dirty water also balcony fell down last year. Work with your own risk. Worst experience working. Thanks

Very confusing to reach axa office you won't find any information in the building about axa office

No people Management, no time management, rude behavior towards people, in Management, one Reconcilation manager said they have 1600 SOP's for a single process, lack of knowledge as well.

Own delivery center, captive processes, career oriented jobs...large no of employees..

Brand name is enough, but mangengemt is verry poor, HR are bised, to much favoritsum only prefer girls as employees....

I work here and my experience so far has been good. Very good company which really maintains the work life balance and good management.

Not good experience of interview. I rejected in last round where they need good reason for switching company. I did clear the vba macro test, spent 2 days and got rejected only for switching reason in last round. I think there may be settings already.

AXA is MNC company. It's my working place. I believe, the company is made up of People, if people are good and professional enough then you would have more opportunity to learn and you would be able to manage work-life balance. So, maybe someone else experience would be different than mine. It's my personal opinion.
