Customer service is inadequate, subpar compared to their competitor . I pay my bill yearly, but did not receive a bill this year. A whole month went by, they continued to pick up my trash and on 2/8/18 my trash was never picked up. I phoned the company and I was told I never paid my bill. How do I pay my bill when I never received one? So they are charging me for trash never being picked up on 2/8/2018. The reason I continue to have this trash company pick up my trash, not because of customer service or service but I like the time of day they pick up my trash, otherwise, I would go with there competitor whose customer service ranks above this company. This company if you miss taking out the trash the day of service the competitor will come back and pick up your trash, not this company, they will tell you it is up to the driver and the driver does not accommodate you.
