UBMS provides quick excellent customer support service. I bring our studio lights for repair not less than 24hrs our lights are now ok, also i contacted them regarding our crane because there is a panning problem, they responded right away and its solved the issue. thanks to Selvakumar one of their support engineer.

Waited for 2 months for a competitor to repair my Sony FS5, in the end gave up and it was transferred to UBS. Selva their repair guy was amazing, not only fixed it in 2 days but realised no extra part was needed saving me $$$. He and UBS are now my go-to guys for Sony camera repairs in the UAE. My experience with UBMS today was exceptional.

I made a consumer decision.

My goal was to pay for and receive the product as soon AP.

Here is how we achieved that goal:

Step 1 - navigate to UBMS website.
Step 2 - use customer service chat function on website to enquire with regards to inventory status of product.
Step 3 - confirm inventory status and arrange for purchase
Step 4 - switch to WhatsApp for further communication with sales rep
Step 5 - make online payment for product
Step 6 - arrange for "courier service" (Careem taxi) to pick up product and deliver to me.
Step 7 - phone call to sales rep to assist with handover of product to courier
Step 8 - receive product from courier
Step 9 - perform dance of joy and jubilation after receiving product

In less than 10 simple steps (fewer than other 10 step programs out there who will remain nameless) I went from product-less to productful!

Had a great experience by attending Blackmagic Hyper-deck 8K and Atem Constellation event. The seminar was very well organized and to the point and there were many demo units to have hands on experience.
The only difficulty I faced was to find a parking lot :D
