PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!. you will never get a hold of people that work here, you try to call, always voicemail. I sent a cancellation request 2 month prior to my renewal so I can avoid double charge, they confirmed that it s all good to go and processed. my renewal date comes, sure enough, I was charged again. and these people are trying to avoid any conversation, they would respond to an email, with not enough information, once a day, towards end of day, I guess so they can avoid talking to you. I don t know how these people are still in business!

Very Very Poor experience with this company. I switched a couple of months ago to Unison Insurance through Chieftain Travelers due to lower rates. I was sent a pink slip but 5 months later I found out that I do not have an active policy, I never had one. My phone calls and emails are unanswered. On a rare occasion that someone decides to talk to me I am being promised something but nothing is being done. I still don't know if I have coverage. I have a clean driving record but I am very concerned about this situation. I am thinking about switching immediately due to safety concerns.

There is an agent there named Jennifer Nguyen. She never responds to emails. Said she will call back but never does. She promises to do something but will not do it and your policy renews the way she wants it. She advertises in the Vietnamese newspaper so she knows they don't expect customer service. I will be contacting the GIO. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY who endorses this kind of rep.

Emails and voicemails were left unanswered for weeks. I guess you didn't want my business.
