I injured my back doing yard work. I am now good as new! Dr. Ganschow and Dr. Carmichael are both great. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and were genuinely concerned about my progress. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I came here A bit skeptical about taking my five week old daughter to a chiropractor to treat her colic. But I did my research and it s been known to be safe for infants. Upon my arrival there the staff was very attentive and very kind they went through everything with me the process and the benefits of treating my daughter with a chiropractor. And I was amazed by three sessions I noticed my daughter was less fussy she was also sleeping more through the night that was amazing the longest she slept was for five hours straight. And when she started having constipation problems it also helped she started going regularly. And every time we visited we were welcome to with such and amazing staff they were very friendly and anytime I needed to breast-feed they would put me in a private room and give me my space to feed my daughter they went beyond for me and my Daughter. I highly recommend for any mom out there who wants to take their baby to a chiropractor to come here.

Great staff....Dr. Ganschow Chiropractor his adjustments always leave me feeling refreshed mobile again After going in for an injury or just every day routine that has made my back or my shoulder go out alignment he also helps With my TMJ I have less jaw pain. during my Pregnancy I developed carpal tunnel in both my hands the cold laser therapy treatment did wonders for it not to mention him treating my lower back help me face my last trimester with let s pain and discomfort.

This place isn t interested in helping people or relieving pain. They want to maximize the frequency of your visits to get billable services sent to your insurance and get UPFRONT payment for 18+ visits for the portion insurance doesn t cover. I went in asking for one adjustment to relieve pain. They wouldn t adjust me or provide any treatment unless I signed up for 3 visits per week over 6 weeks @ 2,000$. This isn t a medical facility. This is a business that tries to use fear to get you to agree to come in for massages and lasers and roller tables. There s no real treatment being done here

I've been a patient of Dr. Ganschow's for a little over 2 years now. I started chiropractic to help with lower back pain and because (now in my 40's) I've been shrinking. My spine is slowly working its way back into proper alignment and pain is less frequent. (Would be better if I was religious about wearing proper footwear instead of flip flops!)
Dr. Ganschow's practice has doubled in size, he's updated his office space (which is beautiful!) and his staff is always warm and welcoming. He has added a new Chiropractor, Dr. Charmichael to his staff who is wonderful.

My husband has been receiving care from the doctors and staff at Back in Motion for over 2+ years now. He had experienced a loss of strength in his right arm and severe stabbing pain that limited his range of motion (practically overnight). Not to mention the pain limited his sleep which made focusing at work challenging. Not good!!
After researching nearby chiropractors, the great reviews led DH to Back in Motion. Dr G took X-rays and discovered a couple of pinched nerves were to blame. Dr G developed an aggressive plan that included adjustments and rehab over several weeks and it worked! DHs mobility returned and the pain cleared up.
He s had a few minor flair ups if he neglects to do the exercises he learned during rehab... the workouts help keep his back muscles strong and the adjustments in place. This in combination with regular adjustments keeps DH pain free and his arm with full strength and mobility (and keeps him off the surgery table!).
His experience was so good he convinced me to go for care to address a few minor issues I was experiencing (lower back pain if standing too long, tension headaches and tingling in random fingers). With adjustments and rehab, my issues have cleared up too!
We both are on an annual plan to receive adjustments 2x per month. It s become one of my favorite self-care regimes.. way better than a massage!
I still say that Dr. Ganschow should consider adding/opening up a spa. The atmosphere is professional and comfortable while getting non-invasive treatment. The roller tables and fluffy blankets with subdued lighting is relaxing and wonderful. Ty!
I really loved going to BACK IN MOTION everyone was so friendly. I didn't feel as though I was at a physician's office they always greeted me by name. I would leave feeling relaxed and my body had more mobility. I never felt rushed and when voicing any concerns they made me feel as though they really cared about me. I would recommend Back in Motion to my family and friends for any/all of their chiropractor needs.
DO NO USE this facility. INSURANCE FRAUD. It has been over 8 months and they still have not submitted their claims to my insurance. I have called multiple times and they promise they will submit and then never do. They asked me to pay my high deductible up front and since they never submitted to my insurance, Blue Cross says I still owe the full amount. According to my carrier, my only option now is to take legal action.

I have never been pressed to pay in advance at a medical facility. Made me very uncomfortable. I didn't go back.
