As a first time home buyer entering her first big home renovation, I didn't know what I was doing. I found a photo on Instagram that I loved and wanted my kitchen to be around. I was searching for cabinet providers near me and when I found UK&B, I noticed the photo I found on Instagram was the same photo on their website! Their cabinets are beautiful and their vision for your space is even better. I could not have asked for a more beautiful kitchen. I was able to get my cabinets, counter tops and shelving from them. They recommended a tile shop, helped me pick out flooring, and I wish I would have used her husband for construction. It's really a one stop shop. I also appreciate their patience while I had some first time renovation panics! I recommend them to anyone thinking about renovations and I plan to use them again with my next renovation.

I worked with UKB over the summer for our kitchen remodel. I spent months planning the remodel and was initially going to move forward with a different company and design but I am so happy I didn t. I sent UKB my measurements and they created a custom design and layout to maximize our kitchen space. They also encouraged me to incorporate shelves, which I was initially nervous about, but now that the project is finished it is my favorite part of the design. The cabinets are also gorgeous and I love that they were custom built. I m really loving our kitchen and will be sure to reach out to UKB in the future if we have another kitchen project.

The kitchen is the heart of your home and Dave and Tanya are the only surgeons that I would ever let touch my heart. Hands down the east coast's best designer and only one I will ever use. Get them or people will be in your kitchen talking about what Dave and Tanya did in theirs.... if you want a WOW factor let these wizard's work their magic.
The team of Tanya and David along with their referring designer Allison Giese did a faboulous job reinventing our kitchen. They also provided the recommendation of a General Contractor (George Asher) that did all the demo and installation work for the full rebuild.
They handled all the details as if it were their own kitchen and helped produce a first class kitchen without breaking the bank recommending where to focus dollars and where things could be backed off.
At the end of the process we had a visually attractive at first site kitchen that makes you want to come home, cook in it, entertain in it, and show it off. And the functionality is just as good as looks. We gained a tremendous amount of space that makes it feel like we added 100 sq.ft when in reality none was "added". Just better use of existing footprint and installing cabinets, countertops, and an island that make it all so much more free flowing and useful.

I ve lived in my house for over 25 years & have wanted to get my kitchen redone for at LEAST 15 of those years. Any time I pursued the possibility I just got overwhelmed with the price of things and it seemed like there just wasn t anybody I could afford much less give access to my home (with my precious dogs ) Then I was over at my neighbors one night & noticed their kitchen seemed so much different than I had remembered. They highly recommended Tanya after they had kitchen & bathroom work done. I really had no idea what I wanted, was basically looking @ cabinets in my price range . When I went to Unique kitchens the cabinets Tanya showed me that were in my price range were SO much nicer than the others I had seen. We sat down & talked about what I wanted to do then she told me what was feasible for what I had to spend. By the time it was all said & done, I had a brand new kitchen, my whole 1st floor painted & all new flooring for about what I was targeting for just the kitchen. Her husband, Dave & all the guys that worked for him were great & my dogs fell in love with him! It looks like a brand new house. I will definitely hire them again for other projects I ve been putting off.

Tanya @ UNIQUE KITCHENS AND BATHS LLC did an amazing job on my townhouse. After receiving her name twice as a referral from 2 separate friends I knew I had to check her out. From the very beginning to the end Tanya and her staff were very professional and timely with my project. She answered all my questions and sometimes had to bring me back down to earth when I was wanting too much for the townhouse I was renovating. (Damn HGTV shows make us think we are all designers!)
Tanya and her staff keep your checkbook in mind too! Very affordable cabinets and 100% hardwood. She has a great business model that cuts out the middle man costs and puts high end finishes in reach without breaking the bank.
Side note her husband, David, has a construction company that I hired out to do all the work. David and his team were fast and affordable too! Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them in my house all day while I was working.

Great business! We are coming to the end of a big remodel- kitchen, bathroom and mudroom. I have had a wonderful experience. I love my new kitchen! The cabinets are beautiful and very high quality. We recently renovated our kitchen and used Unique Kitchen and Bath to make our cabinets and provide our countertops. First let me say that the efficiency, quality and delivery were second to none. Tanya was more then helpful with not only information regarding the cabinets and countertops but with the whole renovation process in general. This was our first experience ever doing a project like this and she walked us thru it many times over and answered all of our questions (and continues to do so!)

After a burst pipe in our condo building in Ocean City, Md, we had total damage and needed to rebuild from the studs up. We were advised by our contractor to contact Tanya for help in designing our kitchen and two bathrooms. We loved working with Tanya... her showroom was beautiful and we were able to select new cabinets, countertops, vanities for the bathrooms, backsplash tiles, lighting, and all the accessories needed to create a fabulous look for our condo. We also brought swatches of fabric from our new furniture and bed linens, and she guided us in selecting a beautiful palette of colors for our walls. The quality of the workmanship on the vanities and kitchen cabinets was outstanding, and we are very pleased with our colors she helped us choose.
