The worker behind the counter cannot see any data on the health insurance taken out in the system, she does not see the status of the account, she cannot do anything. He probably only knows (or wants to) conclude new contracts. All data on insurance are said to be seen only by the "headquarters". Not a hint of willingness to help me with the said headquarters speed up the solution of the problem, why I do not receive notified supplements for medicines from the insurance company. So I don't know what such a branch is good for me as a client.

Union Pois ov a is one of the top in Slovakia. So far, I am very satisfied with the insurance company. Filling went quickly and smoothly. As for the staff, they are friendly. If they cannot help right away, they will contact you the next day with a solution to your request.
