They are scam artists. They will charge an unknown fee until you try to call and cancel.

OMG! They Took money from my bank account and I don t even know what the heck they are. Never heard of them or even dealt with them. Calling them tomorrow on Monday and I hope they give me my money back.
I have a charge from this company on my bank account and I have never ordered anything and never even heard of them until I saw this charge this morning ! I read their BBB reviews and they are doing this to others also! BEWARE !!!

Fraudulently charging my credit card along with many others who have never heard of or even used this company. I will be alerting Jacksonville authorities and filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

Like others I found a charge for $12.95 in my bank account. I emailed them and they responded back that my subscription was to be canceled as requested. I wrote them back again that I didn't know who they were and I didn't sign up for any subscription and I want to be refunded the $12.95 they charged me. I haven't heard back from them. At present I referred this to the fraud department at my bank. One day later: when I first called them I got the message they were closed because of covid. When I pressed #2 (I think it said for cancellations, etc.) the call was dropped, and every time I called the call was dropped. That's why I emailed them. No problem subscription was cancelled. But when I emailed them for a refund their response reported unable to deliver message. This is Sat. On Mon. I will call the Better Business Bureau.
Still don't know what their business is. It starts by reporting they are a marketing firm, but further "about" this company reports a lot of words but those words don't make sense as to what they really do. I've decided their business is fraudulently charging people $12.95, and I think they rely on people not noticing that charge in their bank account, thinking they bought something they forgot about and hoping people don't follow up. Those of us that follow through (like we did in contacting the company) they will cancel our "subscription" but when it comes to a refund somehow they can't contact us. I got a new debit card and am waiting for paperwork from the fraud department at my bank to proceed with this investigation. Would like to hear from others to see if they got refunds and how they did it. My only source of income is Social Security and while, if we compare costs of other higher charges, my budget is really tight and $12.95 is a lot of money to me. And, because of covid, during these times when people might not have returned to work, or took a job that doesn't pay as much, $12.95 is a lot of money for a lot of people. I will repost if have further results regarding this matter.
Charged me for what!!!????? I have not approved any charges to my account by anyone providing any of these services. This is theft and expect my money back as i am on my way to my bank.

I have my credit card locked. Last week, I get an email that a charge of 12.95 was denied. When I call my credit company, they said it just said tech support. Today, I get another email saying 4.95 was denied. I called my company and they said it was overture. I dont know what that is. I have not authorized or agreed to anything. We got internet but my husband paid cash. Watch out. I think they doing little with draws to see if we notice before they try something bigger.
If any of you have Dish Network are Dish TV they are connected we called both companies and they are connected to each other it's supposed to be a protection plan that none of us knew about so who's at fault both of them
Woke up to realize my account had 12.95 no clue who or what Oceanture is.. Have to wait till Monday to cancel and refund my money because there closed..should get extra for my time and trouble .. so wrong
As many people don't realize, these services are started as a 30 day free trial from any CABLE, INTERNET, OR SAT service provider nationwide, in which those associates are supposed to ask you if you'd like to be a part of the trial. No direct enrollments come from Ocenture it's self. It's unfortunate that those associates do this to people as it makes other looks bad.
