the front lady was nice but when i came to the guy who calls people for something and wrote it down he was just mean.

The Sheriff & deputies took part in the 2013 Multi billion trust & inheritance received by Towery "Tyree" Maurice Burris nickname J.B Hunt Jr.
He was recognized as the beneficiary of the estate Trust of billionaire Johnny B Hunt founder of J.B. Hunt Transportation with facilities in Charlotte & Concord. The Trust involves 100s of Properties in Mecklenburg. Cleveland Gaston Union Counties. Deputies provided off duty Security & served notices to occupants of properties.

I just had to say that your Sheriffs Department, in particular Deputy Belk are certainly caring, kind, honest and extremely helpful professionals.. Even though my specific issue wasnt in your county as told to me by the Charlotte Mecklenberg PD it was,,, twice,,, I cant thank Deputy Belk enough. His honesty, his willingness to listen and his eagerness to help prior to knowing that it fell into the Matthews Police Department jurisdiction was so refreshing and appreciated more than I can say. After being bounced around by CMPD for 2 days he helped me determine the correct county and expressed a genuine care and concern of my legal issue.. Frankly, I wish that it did fall under Union County's domain, I would have more faith that this matter would be resoloved professionally, very honestly and with concern for the victim. If all the Deputies in Union County are like Mr. Belk, the people of Union County can rest easy and rest assured that you have an outstanding, caring and highly professional Law Enforcement Department at your service.. Deputy Belk, thank you for being so honest and helpful, seriously, I cant stress enough how much I appreciated your words of support, your helpful attitude and your direction with respect to the issue I presented you... On July 1, 2014 our road Fletcher Broome Road was shut down because the Union County Sheriffs
Deputies were after a felon that lived on this road, he has been terrorizing our neighborhood for many years and finally he was arrested on this day by our brave men in uniform. We as a neighborhood would like to thank all of the deputies that were on duty that night and especially our friend and neighbor
Deputy Helms who lives on Corinth Church Road. Hopefully Mr. Eller will be gone from this neighbor for a very long time. I cannot say enough about the Sheriff of Union County and his deputies, they are
here to protect all of us and we should show our gratitude every chance we see one of these men.

UCSO has pulled me over time after time and wastes my day at court just to have the charges dismissed

Thank you to Union County Sheriff's Shawn Smith and Company. It's because of him and his teammates, my family got the help needed when struck with a crisis situation. In a day with so much is focused on the bad, I hope our area knows how GOOD our Union County Sheriff's officers are. Thank you, Shawn Smith for making a difference in a young man's life.

Refused to give out public information to allow me to complete a background check on an applicant. These people need to learn more about what is permissible to be released and what is not.

As a criminal defense attorney, I have to go to many jails. The staff at the Union County Jail are professionals.

Want to see corruption -- Visit the Union County Sheriff's department and experience it first hand- Where they destroy evidence and lie. Just a matter of time before they cost the tax payer's millions. Don't look for an attorney in Union County, they will not tell you the truth and defend you properly, either!

At a time when our country seems to take for granted the people that protect us each day. I as a citizen of Union County want to thank the Union County Sheriff's office for the service you perform for us. I have a son who is a military police officer and I have a small clue about what you go through each day.

Most people would be very upset if they had happened to them what happened to me. But as you can see with my five star review I am not like most people. This is going back a couple of weeks I have an Audi R8 Red rims white car you may have seen it around town. I slightly crossed the double yellow on old Monroe Road. I had just had the exhaust done on my car so I did not hear a siren and because the car is so low I could not see the lights behind me until there was a dip in the road. As soon as I saw that I pulled over at a safe location and for both me and the officer call. Not one but three officers came to the car call. They asked several questions and being the law-abiding citizens that I am I immediately told the officer that I had a pistol in the car. He took the pistol went back to his car and came back out with the drug dog. I was completely fine with that because I do not do drugs and my car has never been involved with anything drug-related. The officer asked if he could search my vehicle and I told him I was not comfortable with that because I hadn t done anything wrong. But if they felt the need to get a warrant they could gladly search the vehicle. When I tell you the professionalism and courtesy of the three officers there I was blown away. You can say what you want about the Union County sheriffs department call but I feel as though they are some outstanding individuals keeping my Children, neighbors and myself safe. I would like to thank the fine men and women at the union county sheriffs department for doing their job professionally correctly. As a proud law-abiding citizen I would like to say thank you to the 3 fine officers that pulled me over that day. Keep up the great work!!!!
