Still dealing with this after 3 months! I m writing here because this is corporate and I was directed to them after they made our local team (O Fallon, IL) split our shipment up. This resulted in our stuff being delivered almost 2 weeks apart and late! 5 days to be exact. Per our contract, we were owed $500 for being past the no later than date. However, they claim this is overflow and we are owed nothing. According to their website, overflow items are delivered in a van. Well, a semi with over 100 boxes and 5k pounds delivered our overflow . I still do not have a clear answer as to why my stuff was separated, why was it late and why we aren t being compensated? EVERY week since the beginning of January I ve been asking for updates. Which leads me to re-explain our situation over and over. Crickets. We are a military family and we had to pay out of pocket due to late orders and change of assignment. So we have no leg to stand on and TMO can t help us.
Also, so much stuff was broken! We ve moved 10 times with various companies and have never had such issues. They also lost furniture! And pieces to our furniture. So much wasn t boxed and literally rolled off the truck. The parts box was nearly empty. They left screws on tables which resulted in the screws pushing through the top of our table and making 6 punctures that are visable. Delivery day 1 was such a mess as well. I will never use Unigroup/United/mayflower again!

We had a terrible experience using them for our recent move. Despite scheduling our move months in advance, they did not have the second truck or crew which we had contracted scheduled, and the driver and crew of the first/main truck had to spend until after midnight loading our home. On the delivery side, they also had inadequate help to unload the trucks, with one person only having a couple days of experience. As a result, we sustained a HUGE amount of damage to our furniture and home. We purchased full insurance, for which we submitted our claims. The United Vanlines (Unigroup) office (Claims Group 2) is refusing to have our furniture repaired, or replace items at replacement value - claiming that things had 'pre-existing damage' and a host of other excuses. Many of these items are things that the packers and movers documented that they damaged, and they never once asked to see the photographs that were taken of our furniture prior to the move or any other information to support our claims. I have no doubt that the employees in this office are paid to deny claims, regardless of proof - betting that most people will not pursue litigation. I have moved a lot for my job, and this is the worst move and company I have ever experienced.

One of our favorite clients is in this building. Great location. Large grounds. Secure, clean with an outSTANDING security team at the front door always helpful and knowledgeable. They also have one of the best in house cafeterias I have been in for many many a year.

AWFUL cannot even begin to describe this company & the lack of pride they take in their company & your personal items. They did over $30k in damages, theft, & missing items. I filed my 9+ page report with them in February 2018 here it is late December 2018 and they are still not communicating with me. They offered 2 settlements one of just over $3k the other at $4,900 and they FAILED to put SEVERAL items on there settlement offer even ones that were on our High Value sheet. Their Claims department is a joke, para legal is clueless at best. Police report filed, BBB complaints, filed complaints with the DOT, Federal Motor Carriers, and all aspects of Social Media. They packaged my iMac computers with T-shirts from my closet, wrapped antique tables in paper, even though the contract fully states all furniture will be fully wrapped. They busted my kids power wheels, lost their batteries and chargers (how convent) tools "missing" lost all the hardware NOT just some to our tables, cabinets, bookshelves, destroyed my BBQ grill, etc. Busted my aquariums, stereo equipment, remotes, and the list goes on and on. They will not work with you. This company is FAILING, has Failed and will continue to FAIL. See photos below as just a simple start, my videos will be created soon to really show the world the destruction this company causes and created and will not accept ownership of it.

UniGroup is famously known in the Military move ne...

UniGroup is famously known in the Military move network as the WORST MOVING COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES. They are notorious. 15+ years of military service and this is the worst moving company we have dealt with. An F5 scale disaster from start-to-finish. UniGroup cares about one thing... money. They are frauds and bullies and that is what they both hire and aspire to be. When it came to paying for the $25,000 in Household goods they lost/destroyed - UniGroup tried to claim we did not file in time to make a legal claim. Is that even remotely believable when they destroyed a home full of new furniture? Finally USAF claims supervisor got involved they said "Oops - that was our mistake." Yes, yes it was. UniGroup also fraudulently tried to claim that certain items we were told by them to discard (because they had been broken or torn in half) could not be paid for as the company (UniGroup) could not verify items were "beyond repair." This company is beyond repair. Every step of every moment - UniGroup = TOTAL CUSTOMER AGONY. Consider yourself WARNED. Call your Military TSP and get someone else... If you are not military, for goodness sake, why are you still reading? Go somewhere else. If I could take away stars I would. Read on and look at the other reviews and thank your lucky stars you read them before hiring this company.
