I work at a John deere dealership in Falconer, NY and we have had the privilege to be working with the Unifirst Buffalo location for about 8 years now and we have had nothing but great service and hardley no problems at all. We have nothing but problems with this company. Their delivery person is rude at best. When we have called and talked to his manager Barry we have had nothing but excuses. They waited till the day after our contract automatically renewed to tell us it was too late to cancel the service even though we had been talking to both the deliver person Keith and his manager for months.

The service has been quite poor. Please look at other options when considering uniforms. Unacceptably wrinkled clothing, delivery of the wrong uniforms on a weekly basis, and blue stains on everything.

My company is a new customer of them as we switched from another company that was constantly invoicing additional fees. Well this company has done the same thing with last 5 invoices out of 6 we had. Horrible that each week I need to email them as I am not ready to buy paper/soap product till my existing supply is finished. But weekly they add the same order which the driver knows I do not want and tells me when he comes to me for a signature. Uniform quality is great. However the fact that the everyone knows I do not want product but it added weekly shows double check and triple check all invoices

I work at Burns Industrial Equipment in Macedonia, Ohio. Our delivery and service from Chuck is beyond excellent. He always makes sure our employees have no issues with their uniforms and if there is an issue he immediately difuses the situation. Chuck is one of the main reason we have stuck with Unifirst.

They earned that one star. on the bright side, at least it can't get any worse.
I paid a bill at the time they deliver and yet I've been charging for late fee(cuff) for that delivery ever since. I called them at least 5-6 times to ask for explanation and I kept getting "the person in charge is unavailable" every single time. Also, I have micro fiber in my weekly order and 3 outta 10 times I would get something else because "we ran out of microfiber and I don't have any in my truck". OMG, why are they still in business???

I will have to say that I love your guy's service. I work at a convenience store, and I have to say that the delivery guy, Aaron, was very good. While I was working, he would be very patient around me, and he is very kind and always has a big smile when I see him. He is fast, communicative for our needs, and even greeted many of my customers. You guys have a good employee, and I hope you guys keep him around.

We switched to Unifirst about 11/2 yr ago and have been very pleased. Our uniforms are clean and if there is a problem with them our driver Beau always takes care of it. He always very pleasant and extremely punctual.
Our old supplier would not clean our uniforms and somehow always had new hidden fees and had no idea where they came from. With Beau we always know whats going on and we feel like we can trust him and the company. We are very happy with his service and Unifirst glad we switched. Thanks Unifirst,
