Set up insurance to start at Saturday 5:30am and finish on Sunday at 5:30am once paid for I got an email stating that my insurance will start from 21:45pm on Saturday and finish on Sunday at 21:45 pm!! Completely not what I wanted then when I have gone to confirm my email address to sign in to cancel it I just receive the notification that my account is neither activated or deactivated? how can it be neither? and then i am just sent another email stating to confirm my account, I have then gone to call them only to find out they are not open for calls on Saturday! its a complete joke that one there website is so poorly created that we are given incorrect insurance or even signing in is impossible and two they don't even have the customer service to make up for there terrible website! I will be seeking a refund as I was not given what I requested and that they themselves cannot have someone there to fix a ridiculous issue within their website.

Easy to use very expensive, takes advantage of people touring from overseas . Does not give a choice of level of insurance and does not appear to take into account the value of the being insured.

So easy to use, needed to be insured as an emergency, took 5 minutes to fill the form out and I was insured 15 minutes later

It is not possible, even though the support email, to change the email address of my DayInsure account. This is such a basic thing. Useless.

Okay prices if you have the right address. Trouble is I live in London but I was doing the learner driving in Dorset where the registered owner lives... but would have to pay London prices simply because it's my address. Frustrating.

I took out a 24hr insurance and then found I didn't need it 2 hours before it was due to start. I called expecting hassle but in reality it was easy, very helpful agent, full refund including admin fee, refund received in 2 hours. Such a refreshing change. Excellent company, very good prices.

I ve left my car to be serviced for the first time today. They offered a courtesy car, however, dayinsurance does not accept EU driving licenses. A massive inconvenient as we will not have a car for the next couple days...

Great insurance price if ur a learner and want to insure a car to practice in. Easy fill out forms and plenty of info from company, used alot over the past few months for weekend insurance.

So easy; the website is one of the simplest to navigate. Took less than 5 minutes from start to receiving confirmation of insurance by email.
