Bill and Alyssa helped me make custom wedding rings for my wife and I in 2018. They were very helpful, patient, and understanding. I was given realistic timelines and pricing, which was very reasonable. My wife's ring matches perfectly with her engagement ring that was custom made at another jeweler. My ring fulfilled the conceptual design I provided them and matches well with her ring combination. They still look perfect after two years of continuous wear and we're very happy with the product and service we received. I would happily go back to them or recommend them to others.
The highest level of service I've experienced in any store ever. They created a secret "wish list" for me so that when my girl friend visits the store, they will secretly note the items she lingers looking at so that I have a potential list to draw from later. They put relationships as their highest priority. How anyone shops anywhere else, I don't know.
Such helpful staff and beautiful jewelry. They take time to make sure you know what you're buying and to make you feel valued. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
After a terrible experience locally in Fort Wayne, Indiana I found @Unforgettable Fine Jewelry by chance. My husband previously picked out a cushion cut peridot ring for an anniversary/birthday present and I was on a mission to capture what he had in mind. Bill and the staff were beyond wonderful. Every question was answered courtesy and quickly whether over the phone or email. My ring was sized beautifully- you cannot even tell! And Bill let me know where my ring was every step of the way. The packing was impeccable and thoroughly secured. The presentation was perfect too! I cannot day enough good things about this shop and staff! Also, the pictures online do not do this ring justice. A million thank yous (best part - my ring arrived on my anniversary and was beyond the expectations of my husband and myself!).
I went to Unforgettable for the first time last week with a bunch of jewelry repairs/resizing jobs. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
